[00:00:01] Ladies and gentlemen, sit back, put your feet up, it's time for The Other 3 Amigos Podcast

[00:00:08] with Declan McCormack, Wayne Mullins and Dan. Three lads, one podcast.

[00:00:15] On this week's episode of The Other 3 Amigos Podcast, we say sorry, kind of before moving into the mailbag

[00:00:22] where we discuss solid-est going on in CCFC world, from transfers to merch, from club ownership to Danny Murphy

[00:00:29] from Rebel Army events to some familiar faces joining Queenstown, we discuss it all and everything in between

[00:00:35] on this week's episode of your multi-international award-winning The Other 3 Amigos Podcast.

[00:00:41] Welcome to Season 5 Episode 1 Episode 249 of your multi-award winning podcast. Dan Case here and I'm joined by my other two

[00:00:53] Dan Case here and I'm joined by my other two Amigos, Wayne Mullins and Declan McCormack. We'll get into

[00:00:59] the Cork City action in a small bit, but for now, Wayne, how was your Christmas?

[00:01:04] Yes, it was good. I went to Lapland and had a whole out-of-body-mind experience again, so I'm back,

[00:01:14] happy and positive. Episode 1, here we go.

[00:01:18] Declan McCormack, how's your Christmas going? Did you go to Lapland?

[00:01:23] Fucking timing is everything.

[00:01:27] No, I didn't go to Lapland and I was going to mock Dan about it, only taking 17 seconds for him to

[00:01:33] slip over his words for the first time of the new season, like, you know, but no, here I am,

[00:01:38] coughing as he comes to me. No, I wasn't in Lapland. The quietest Christmas I ever had,

[00:01:44] I'd say, Dan. No drink, no nights out, just, I walked a good bit of it, actually. So I'm on

[00:01:52] the piss tomorrow night. This is Sunday night, we're recording this. Piss tomorrow night, Monday,

[00:01:57] for the rest of the week. Wednesday, New Year's Day.

[00:02:01] Oh, ties up nicely. We're going to start with, I don't know if it was an apology, but like,

[00:02:07] just an admission that last year was absolutely shite, cut towards the end of the season. I think

[00:02:13] 20 points clear at the top of the league, it was just so hard for us, you know, for you even to do

[00:02:20] the pod. Don't mind anything interesting to do with Cork City. When it was a tough run in there. So I

[00:02:28] guess a bit of apologies are due to the toe tappers for wasting some of their time.

[00:02:33] But Dan, we still won something, didn't we?

[00:02:38] Well, we came third. I don't know that we win.

[00:02:41] Yeah, we won bronze. We won. We're multi-award going.

[00:02:44] See, we were called out for bronze. And I think we both kind of went, ah, shit. Like,

[00:02:49] we were both delighted to get the bronze. You were devastated.

[00:02:53] You just, ah, you just want to, you just want to hear the gold. But to be fair, that Celtic

[00:02:57] pod like, he's farmed that, he's farmed that award last, I think eight, nine, ten years,

[00:03:03] ten years in a row now, to be fair to him. So, but look, we'll be back. We'll see, we'll see

[00:03:07] where the lay of the land is next year. You never know.

[00:03:10] We met Brian's gun though. And what a nice, nice fella. We met loads of people there actually.

[00:03:14] Blair, Blair.

[00:03:16] Fat boy from EastEnders was there, remember? Nice fella.

[00:03:20] Fat boy from EastEnders. Yeah.

[00:03:22] Oh, I remember your wife going on about him, alright? I didn't know who he was.

[00:03:24] Incredibly good looking man. It was unbelievable. But, um, yeah, it was a very enjoyable experience.

[00:03:29] And, uh, yeah. Good fun, wasn't it?

[00:03:32] Dickie, you gutted you missed out on the activities in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?

[00:03:38] Arrow would have been nice to be there, alright. Um, but look, we should say,

[00:03:42] uh, that award is for the previous season of Tottenham. It's definitely not for last season.

[00:03:48] So, look, yeah, we, we know last year wasn't great towards the end. We'll admit it.

[00:03:55] 22 points, 20 odd points clear at the top of the division. Nobody gives a shit about matches.

[00:03:59] Nobody gives a shit about previews. It's hard. So we did a lot of stuff around the club.

[00:04:06] We're hoping this coming season we'll be back to big build-ups to big games.

[00:04:13] Like, nobody gives a shit when you're playing Wexford away. Like, that's the problem in that division.

[00:04:18] Like, they don't. Everybody gives a shit when you're playing Shelburne away, when you're playing Pats away,

[00:04:22] when you're playing Rovers away. So, yeah.

[00:04:25] Hopefully, Tottenham returns this season to what it was before the misadventures. But look, I would just like to blame the club completely for Tottenham last year,

[00:04:33] because they're the ones who put us in the first division in the first place. Like, you know, so it's not really our fault.

[00:04:38] Speaking of which, go on, drive us on into Commie Watch.

[00:04:42] Commie Watch with Ivan Draco on the other three amigos podcast.

[00:04:48] Yeah!

[00:04:54] It's been fairly quiet since we heard from you last. You heard from us last.

[00:05:00] It's just been the shite-looking home jerseys, the orange away jerseys, an Italian 90 event in Dublin on the night we played away at the shells.

[00:05:06] Quite nice training gear. The second most expensive season tickets in the league. 20% of the club being taken over.

[00:05:13] Size is all wrong on the merch. Almost no signings. The 20 biggest online moaners.

[00:05:17] Totap winning big in London. Al Porter being used to trade revenue. Nobody at the City PR dinner.

[00:05:22] Usher on the podcast PR run again. The women's team receiving F-all funding. 25-year tickets.

[00:05:27] The CityLink partnership. Discounted travel options. Galway opening day at the league. And the women's team having no manager.

[00:05:33] All in all, Wayne Mullins fairly quiet on the Cops City Fund at the moment.

[00:05:37] Fairly quiet, yeah. Not much happened. Not much we can talk about anyway, per se.

[00:05:44] There's probably not a lot there we can talk about except for no. Not no. Yeah, put the questions.

[00:05:54] Our new HR manager is very strict.

[00:05:58] Well, yeah. We'll just play it safe. I will go straight into the, to what type of questions we asked you to send us in today.

[00:06:06] Richie starts off with, where did the valuation of 20% of the club being worth 500k come from?

[00:06:12] It can't just be because he was willing to pay that. There must be some due diligence done.

[00:06:20] Dick McCormick, where did the 20% valuation of the club being worth 500k come from?

[00:06:25] I have no idea. But obviously, 20% equal half a million. That values the club at 2.5 million.

[00:06:33] Valuations, I mean, what are they based on? I don't know.

[00:06:37] Like, I genuinely don't. I don't know what to say to Richie. Like, I mean, valuation is what somebody's willing to pay for it.

[00:06:46] Like, that's the old phrase. Like, so, fair play to Dermot. He bought the club for a euro. It's no value 2.5 million.

[00:06:53] Then, that's doing something right. So, fair play to him. David Cronin has come in. He's founded Wild, the interactive gaming crowd or whatever.

[00:07:04] I don't understand any of that shit, lads. I'm too old. Like, I mean, we all played, wasn't even FIFA.

[00:07:11] It was a FIFA 1 or FIFA 2 back in the day or whatnot when I was playing.

[00:07:14] Like, you know, I don't understand this whole professional game and stuff, but it's big and, you know, they're doing well.

[00:07:23] So, hopefully, David can come in and have an impact. And I don't know about that investment, where that goes.

[00:07:29] Does it go into the club? Does it go into the playing budget? Does it go into the women's team budget?

[00:07:35] Oh, no, sorry. It doesn't go in there anyway.

[00:07:38] So, you know, I don't know where it's going to end up, but we just have to wait and see.

[00:07:44] But, like, Richie's asking us about valuations. Should we have the notion, like, to be honest, like, there's no point in bullshit?

[00:07:51] Yeah. I presume it's facilities. Well, then again, we don't own Turner's Cross.

[00:07:57] Bishop's Downs hardly worth 2.5 million. Wayne, where do you think this valuation is coming from?

[00:08:04] I don't know. But I wonder, like, is the club, like, I assume, this is me guessing,

[00:08:10] if I was buying something off someone, that I'm paying the person and not the business.

[00:08:14] So, I don't think that money is going back into the club.

[00:08:17] And I don't know, should it? I don't know.

[00:08:19] It's his club. They bought 20%, so it's his money.

[00:08:22] Am I wrong in thinking that way?

[00:08:25] Like, if I have a business, right, and you buy 20% off me,

[00:08:28] that money is not going in to buy me.

[00:08:30] It's going to pay me for selling my part of the business, which is fair enough.

[00:08:37] I would imagine so.

[00:08:39] That's not going to be invested. I don't think it should.

[00:08:42] Do you know?

[00:08:43] Yeah, I tend to agree. Like, I mean, I don't know how this stuff works.

[00:08:46] So, that's the first thing I should say.

[00:08:48] As Wayne said, if you sell 20% to your business, imagine you keep that.

[00:08:53] Now, there's other variations, I think, you know, where you can issue new shares

[00:08:57] and all this kind of stuff. So, has David just bought 20% of Cork City Football Club?

[00:09:02] Or has he bought 20% of Cantillon Investments,

[00:09:05] which is a company that owns Cork City Football Club?

[00:09:08] And it probably owns Rebel Army Clothing and Rebel Army Events.

[00:09:13] I don't know how all that stuff is set up, you know?

[00:09:15] So, if you're looking for valuations, maybe valuations are tied into Rebel Army Clothing

[00:09:19] and Rebel Army Events. I don't know.

[00:09:21] I mean, it's a conversation you'd love to have with Dermot, really, isn't it?

[00:09:25] It's never going to happen.

[00:09:27] But it would certainly be interesting to see how he has built something

[00:09:30] from a Euro valuation to 2.5 million in, is it three years now, is it?

[00:09:36] Well, it's two full years, isn't it? This will be year three.

[00:09:39] So, it's fair going. Like, you have to tip your hat, like, you know?

[00:09:43] What I see is this guy, I don't know much about him,

[00:09:46] but he's obviously into the interactive world.

[00:09:48] Would it be unreal to see something like a This Is Wrexham

[00:09:51] or Sundar until I die on with a corksery twist,

[00:09:55] getting the cameras in, showcasing us?

[00:09:58] And is this the kind of guy who could do that,

[00:10:00] who know these people, who could get us involved in,

[00:10:04] what's the world I'm looking for?

[00:10:06] The interactive world?

[00:10:07] Is the investment him?

[00:10:10] And not the...

[00:10:11] They haven't clarified what's...

[00:10:12] The investment could be him, as in his knowledge, his support.

[00:10:17] Expertise, like, yeah.

[00:10:18] Yeah.

[00:10:18] Like, is he getting 20% of all the...

[00:10:20] Well, whatever profits.

[00:10:20] Is he getting 20% of every jersey?

[00:10:22] Profits that he...

[00:10:23] You know, it's just...

[00:10:24] It's an area I'd love to know about.

[00:10:26] And I think it's something that, if it is that way...

[00:10:28] Like, no one's going to begrudge Dermot Usher taking that money

[00:10:30] because it's his club.

[00:10:32] They've bought 20% of it.

[00:10:33] No one should expect that money to be invested.

[00:10:35] If it does, great.

[00:10:37] But I hope we're investing in the person.

[00:10:40] Because that could open a massive door for us.

[00:10:43] You know, you could Formula One.

[00:10:45] Formula One was...

[00:10:46] There was a team there sold back in...

[00:10:49] Six years ago, I'd say it was.

[00:10:51] For a couple of million.

[00:10:53] Now they're worth 1.5 billion to buy a team.

[00:10:56] All because of Drive to Survive and...

[00:10:59] You know what I mean?

[00:11:00] It's an area we should...

[00:11:02] I hope we're on top of.

[00:11:04] I don't think the cameras would ever go behind the doors of Cork City.

[00:11:07] To be honest.

[00:11:09] Yeah.

[00:11:09] Could you imagine?

[00:11:10] It'd just be every Tuesday morning.

[00:11:11] The cameras would be walking in.

[00:11:13] And there'd be fellas losing their heads left right in centre.

[00:11:15] Because this was said in toe tap on Monday.

[00:11:17] And that was said in toe tap on Monday.

[00:11:19] And it's like...

[00:11:20] You know...

[00:11:20] Like...

[00:11:21] The start of every week's episode...

[00:11:23] The start of every week's episode would be the club reaction

[00:11:25] to what was said on the podcast on the Monday night.

[00:11:28] And there's no point in doing it unless you do it properly either.

[00:11:30] There's no point in failing it.

[00:11:31] Yeah, you have to cover everything.

[00:11:32] Like...

[00:11:33] You know...

[00:11:34] Our very own Eileen Ring asks...

[00:11:37] Dickie, I'll go to you here.

[00:11:38] What happened to the women's manager?

[00:11:42] Oh...

[00:11:43] Like...

[00:11:48] Yeah.

[00:11:49] You have to be really, really careful here now.

[00:11:51] By all accounts.

[00:11:53] I've had a couple of warnings.

[00:11:54] To be extremely careful in what's said.

[00:11:58] Danny resigned.

[00:11:59] Who warned you?

[00:12:00] That doesn't matter.

[00:12:01] It's just...

[00:12:02] You know...

[00:12:03] Um...

[00:12:04] Things are being monitored.

[00:12:05] I believe.

[00:12:07] So...

[00:12:07] Look...

[00:12:08] Danny resigned.

[00:12:09] Obviously it's about funding.

[00:12:10] And in...

[00:12:11] And what's available in terms of funding for next year.

[00:12:14] What was available in terms of funding for last year.

[00:12:16] How last year was funded.

[00:12:19] And by whom.

[00:12:21] Um...

[00:12:22] But look...

[00:12:24] It is what it is.

[00:12:26] I mean...

[00:12:27] The women's side of this club is an absolute circus.

[00:12:31] Um...

[00:12:31] There's just no getting away from that fact.

[00:12:48] Um...

[00:12:49] Was that a Monday evening or a Tuesday evening?

[00:12:51] I can't remember.

[00:12:52] I think it was a Tuesday evening.

[00:12:55] And...

[00:12:56] Um...

[00:12:56] We had emailed the club at 20 to 5.

[00:13:03] Because...

[00:13:03] Obviously the last time we announced that a manager had left the club.

[00:13:07] We were accused of not having any journalistic integrity.

[00:13:10] Because we didn't contact the first club.

[00:13:12] The club first and asked them for a statement.

[00:13:14] So this time I said let's contact the club and ask them for a statement.

[00:13:17] And...

[00:13:18] We have journalistic integrity.

[00:13:21] So we asked the club.

[00:13:22] You know...

[00:13:23] So we believe Danny Murphy has left the club.

[00:13:25] Can you confirm?

[00:13:26] Have you got a statement?

[00:13:28] So obviously with the issues.

[00:13:30] Etc.

[00:13:30] Etc.

[00:13:31] We'd have to set a 6.30 deadline.

[00:13:33] For you guys to answer.

[00:13:35] And at 10 past 6.

[00:13:36] They put it out themselves.

[00:13:38] That Danny was gone.

[00:13:39] Our email remains unanswered.

[00:13:42] Um...

[00:13:43] Unfortunately.

[00:13:43] Look that's life.

[00:13:44] Um...

[00:13:45] But I feel like we've...

[00:13:46] We've retaken.

[00:13:47] Our journalistic integrity.

[00:13:50] And...

[00:13:50] Hopefully you know...

[00:13:52] Multi award winning podcast.

[00:13:54] We've done things correctly.

[00:13:55] We did it right.

[00:13:57] So...

[00:13:58] We'll have to see what happens in the new year.

[00:14:00] In terms of...

[00:14:02] Last Amos.

[00:14:03] And...

[00:14:03] Pat Chats.

[00:14:04] And all that kind of stuff.

[00:14:04] But that's for another podcast.

[00:14:07] Um...

[00:14:08] What happened to you?

[00:14:09] It's funny.

[00:14:10] Because Aileen is asking that question.

[00:14:12] And she probably knows more about it.

[00:14:13] Than anybody on the planet.

[00:14:14] But she loves to horse me under a bus.

[00:14:17] And see if I can squirm and get myself out of it.

[00:14:19] You know?

[00:14:21] Um...

[00:14:21] Danny resigned.

[00:14:23] The club accepted his resignation.

[00:14:26] There was a players meeting.

[00:14:27] I believe Dermott was asked.

[00:14:29] One of the first questions at the players meetings that Dermott was asked was...

[00:14:33] What was his aim for the women's team for next season?

[00:14:37] To which he answered something like...

[00:14:40] I'm not saying verbatim word for word.

[00:14:42] But he answered something like...

[00:14:44] He's not sure because he doesn't know yet what the end game is for the women's team.

[00:14:49] Oh my.

[00:14:53] So...

[00:14:55] Um...

[00:14:56] That to me suggests...

[00:15:00] Is it possible the club might not exist?

[00:15:02] As in the women's team?

[00:15:03] No.

[00:15:03] It's impossible.

[00:15:05] It's impossible.

[00:15:06] For...

[00:15:06] Why though?

[00:15:09] Because it's linked to licensing now.

[00:15:11] Like you're not getting a license.

[00:15:12] But not all clubs have women's teams.

[00:15:14] Am I right?

[00:15:15] No.

[00:15:15] But there's plans in place for all those clubs to introduce women's team.

[00:15:19] Any club with an existing women's team cannot get out of it.

[00:15:23] One tried to do it two years ago and they were told if they did so their men's team would not be going to fill in a license.

[00:15:28] Well.

[00:15:29] That's a bit unfair on the teams.

[00:15:32] If some teams don't have to and some do.

[00:15:34] That's not really...

[00:15:35] Well that's...

[00:15:36] That's another argument completely.

[00:15:38] I mean St. Patrick in the way with murder.

[00:15:41] Absolute...

[00:15:42] Murder.

[00:15:43] But um...

[00:15:43] That's the last damnest topic that I bring up quite regularly to be honest.

[00:15:47] Which is it pisses me off.

[00:15:48] But...

[00:15:48] No.

[00:15:49] There are plans in place and...

[00:15:52] I think it's by next season everybody has to have one.

[00:15:56] Where do you see this women's team going in 2025 with a lack of funding?

[00:16:02] Unfortunately nowhere.

[00:16:04] Like just...

[00:16:05] I see it going back to the state it was in...

[00:16:09] In 2023.

[00:16:10] Unfortunately.

[00:16:11] Nobody wants that.

[00:16:12] But I think that's what's going to happen.

[00:16:15] Any idea who will take over?

[00:16:16] Absolutely none.

[00:16:18] Genuinely like it.

[00:16:19] None.

[00:16:19] Who would want it?

[00:16:23] Will we apply?

[00:16:27] Like...

[00:16:27] Dickie head coach.

[00:16:28] Wayne assistant.

[00:16:31] Well one of our colleagues in Totaka Towers was...

[00:16:35] There was an invoice sent to...

[00:16:37] To see what coaching badges they had etc.

[00:16:40] You know.

[00:16:41] Not as...

[00:16:42] Not to fill the manager's role.

[00:16:43] But to be part of the coaching team.

[00:16:46] Interesting.

[00:16:48] But like that won't be happening obviously.

[00:16:51] I never knew John had coaching licenses.

[00:16:55] If you're one of the women's players now at the moment Dickie.

[00:16:58] What do you think your thoughts are?

[00:17:00] Currently.

[00:17:01] Just about to hit in the 2025 season.

[00:17:03] Can I go anywhere else?

[00:17:06] You know.

[00:17:07] I think that would be...

[00:17:09] Be fair enough.

[00:17:10] That would be the thought.

[00:17:11] You know.

[00:17:11] I would expect that a number of players won't be back next year.

[00:17:13] But we'll have to wait and see what happens.

[00:17:16] Wayne Mullins asks...

[00:17:18] What's it like to be an international multi-award winning podcast?

[00:17:21] Asking for a friend.

[00:17:23] Wayne Mullins.

[00:17:24] I'll go to you here.

[00:17:25] It's fantastic.

[00:17:26] Do you know.

[00:17:28] It's internationally multi-award winning.

[00:17:29] What's bad to that.

[00:17:31] Up the...

[00:17:32] Upper echelons of podcasters.

[00:17:34] You know.

[00:17:36] Luke O'Mahony goes...

[00:17:37] Thoughts on our back line.

[00:17:39] Filled with first division players and loans.

[00:17:41] What could go wrong?

[00:17:44] Well...

[00:17:44] Dickie.

[00:17:45] It's looking a bit...

[00:17:47] I'm going to stall around the squad.

[00:17:49] I think it's fair to say.

[00:17:50] Barrett probably are our forward line.

[00:17:52] Well you say Barrett are our forward line.

[00:17:54] But we've two strikers.

[00:17:55] Who are the backups?

[00:17:58] Nolan.

[00:18:02] Like...

[00:18:04] Yeah.

[00:18:05] Like...

[00:18:07] Like I genuinely, genuinely wanted to be...

[00:18:11] Have a good off season.

[00:18:12] And come into the season bouncing.

[00:18:14] And do the first part of the year.

[00:18:16] Or do the Christmas preview.

[00:18:17] Or Christmas special.

[00:18:19] Or whatever this is.

[00:18:20] And be really positive.

[00:18:22] And say look yeah.

[00:18:23] We've signed this guy.

[00:18:23] We've signed that guy.

[00:18:24] And it's all good.

[00:18:26] And here we are.

[00:18:27] And it's very, very similar to two years ago.

[00:18:30] Extremely similar to two years ago.

[00:18:32] And the excuse two years ago was that Dermot had just taken over.

[00:18:35] And the licensing didn't happen in time.

[00:18:38] And et cetera, et cetera.

[00:18:39] And we were...

[00:18:39] We were well back.

[00:18:41] We were way behind everybody else.

[00:18:43] This year.

[00:18:44] And Tim Clancy said it at the time.

[00:18:46] We were six weeks or longer.

[00:18:49] Two months ahead.

[00:18:50] Because we knew we were going to be promoted.

[00:18:53] And like...

[00:18:54] Nothing like.

[00:18:55] Nothing.

[00:18:57] And it's...

[00:18:59] You can tell by the tone of the questions that came in today.

[00:19:02] And I don't often look at them.

[00:19:03] But I had a look.

[00:19:04] And I thought it was just me or myself and Scotty.

[00:19:06] Because we're cranky old men.

[00:19:08] You know.

[00:19:08] And you know, I thought it was just us getting cranky.

[00:19:10] But you can see the fan base is getting cranky.

[00:19:13] And it's getting...

[00:19:15] It's starting to fracture.

[00:19:17] Not starting to fracture.

[00:19:18] But it's just like people are just going...

[00:19:19] What in God's name is going on here?

[00:19:22] You know.

[00:19:22] And Tim said...

[00:19:24] When we...

[00:19:24] Oh, we...

[00:19:25] You know.

[00:19:25] We're promoted early.

[00:19:26] We can plan.

[00:19:27] We can do this.

[00:19:28] We can do that.

[00:19:28] We did fucking nothing.

[00:19:30] Like we haven't.

[00:19:32] Like...

[00:19:34] We brought in young Nolan off the bench of Pat.

[00:19:36] He's a good player.

[00:19:38] But again, he's young.

[00:19:39] And he'll have to learn.

[00:19:40] And he'll have to be taken out of games at a time.

[00:19:42] And he'll have to be given two or three games out.

[00:19:44] You know.

[00:19:45] And that's fine.

[00:19:45] That's brilliant.

[00:19:47] I just don't understand.

[00:19:49] And I know the question was about the back line.

[00:19:51] You know.

[00:19:52] Derek Crowley is clearly our starting right back.

[00:19:55] We don't have a backup right back.

[00:19:56] We have one centre-back in the club.

[00:20:00] Signed.

[00:20:01] Now, I know there's guys on trial.

[00:20:03] Or there's guys training.

[00:20:04] There's supposed to be a centre-back coming from the continent.

[00:20:06] And the rest of it.

[00:20:09] But we're buying guys off videos and off apps and off things.

[00:20:14] Like...

[00:20:14] You can't tell me that Tim Clancy has seen Team Troost play.

[00:20:20] You can't have.

[00:20:21] Like...

[00:20:21] You know?

[00:20:22] No.

[00:20:23] I know he's a goalkeeper.

[00:20:24] And I know he's coming from the Netherlands.

[00:20:25] And hopefully he'll be brilliant.

[00:20:28] But we're doing what we did two years ago.

[00:20:30] And it didn't work.

[00:20:31] We're buying guys off apps.

[00:20:32] We're buying guys off scouting networks.

[00:20:37] Like...

[00:20:37] That's fine.

[00:20:38] But you...

[00:20:39] Like...

[00:20:39] Yeah.

[00:20:40] You need a lot of luck, like.

[00:20:42] And the problem is...

[00:20:43] If you're buying two or three guys that way...

[00:20:45] To supplement a squad.

[00:20:48] Or to fill a hole in a squad.

[00:20:50] Then that's fine.

[00:20:51] We're not doing that.

[00:20:52] We're actually trying to build a squad.

[00:20:54] Using these apps.

[00:20:55] And using these profiles.

[00:20:56] And using these online gimmicks.

[00:20:58] And everything else.

[00:20:58] I hope and pray to God it works.

[00:21:01] But we all saw what happens when it doesn't work.

[00:21:05] Get Stanley Vicious.

[00:21:06] Stanley Vicious.

[00:21:07] Like...

[00:21:08] Yes.

[00:21:08] Prime example.

[00:21:10] The f***ing Ukrainian lad who sat down after 20 minutes.

[00:21:13] And said his hamstring was gone in the playoff final.

[00:21:15] Till the day I die will I believe that man pulled his hamstring off.

[00:21:19] You know?

[00:21:19] He just didn't want to know.

[00:21:21] You know?

[00:21:21] He just sat down in his arse and said...

[00:21:23] I don't fancy this.

[00:21:24] You know?

[00:21:25] And you're bringing in players on loan.

[00:21:27] And everything else.

[00:21:29] Like...

[00:21:29] It's just...

[00:21:29] To me...

[00:21:30] It's just...

[00:21:30] Like...

[00:21:31] Show me one club.

[00:21:33] One club in this league ever.

[00:21:35] That has been successful.

[00:21:38] Doing that.

[00:21:40] You bring in loan ease to supplement...

[00:21:44] An existing squad.

[00:21:45] And people talk about Galway.

[00:21:46] Oh, Galway haven't brought anybody else in.

[00:21:49] Look at our squad and look at Galway.

[00:21:50] Obviously we play them on the opening night.

[00:21:54] Every single...

[00:21:55] Every single defender on Galway's books at the moment would start for us.

[00:22:00] And that's including the guys they'll have on the bench in the opening night.

[00:22:04] Every single one of their defenders they have signed at the moment would start for us.

[00:22:08] So Galway don't need to add seven or eight players.

[00:22:11] They need to add two or three players.

[00:22:14] And maybe replace a couple that they left.

[00:22:16] And like...

[00:22:16] Francili Lomboto has gone to Sligo.

[00:22:19] It's very easy to get a better player than Francili Lomboto.

[00:22:22] With all due respect to him.

[00:22:23] You know?

[00:22:23] He's not very good.

[00:22:25] So...

[00:22:26] Like...

[00:22:26] It's just like...

[00:22:29] Come on, like...

[00:22:30] You know?

[00:22:31] We just...

[00:22:32] As a fan base, we were led to believe this was going to be better.

[00:22:35] We were led to believe it was going to be done better.

[00:22:38] And it's the old thing.

[00:22:40] Like...

[00:22:40] And I keep thinking I want to be positive.

[00:22:41] Going, okay, well these guys in loan are going to be really good.

[00:22:44] And...

[00:22:44] You know, whatever young fellas they find on the continent are going to be really good.

[00:22:47] And we'll be fine.

[00:22:49] But you're putting your faith in a system that hasn't worked previously.

[00:22:54] So why would it work this time?

[00:22:56] And basically you're codding yourself.

[00:22:58] Or you're trying to cod yourself.

[00:22:59] And you're trying to talk it up.

[00:23:00] So that you can feel positive.

[00:23:02] And you want to feel positive.

[00:23:03] And we all want to be positive.

[00:23:06] But...

[00:23:06] How can we when there's very, very little to be positive about?

[00:23:10] Now the only thing I'd say is it would appear...

[00:23:13] Talking about the backline...

[00:23:14] That Tim Clancy has unbelievable faith in Charlie Lyons.

[00:23:20] And obviously really, really likes Charlie Lyons as a player.

[00:23:23] So that's good.

[00:23:24] That's good.

[00:23:24] The manager has a left-footed centre-back.

[00:23:27] There was lots of talk about Shane Griffin.

[00:23:30] And towards the end of our thing and whatnot.

[00:23:31] We never spoke to Shane Griffin, I don't think.

[00:23:33] I don't think Tim Clancy ever wanted Shane Griffin.

[00:23:35] Shane Griffin is more than likely going to sign for Cove.

[00:23:40] And we can maybe have a chat about Cove City later on.

[00:23:43] But, you know, it's like...

[00:23:47] It's very frustrating, Dan.

[00:23:48] It's very frustrating.

[00:23:49] And fans aren't going to take it.

[00:23:52] Like, we turn up against Galway.

[00:23:53] They beat us 2-0.

[00:23:54] It'll be the first game of the season.

[00:23:55] And there'll be boos.

[00:23:56] There'll be boos at the full-time whistle on the first night of the season.

[00:24:00] If we're beating at home by Galway.

[00:24:03] Wayne, do you agree?

[00:24:05] To a point, I agree.

[00:24:06] Like, I think the apps are fine.

[00:24:09] As long as you do your research properly.

[00:24:10] But we've had six months to do this.

[00:24:12] We should have had these players in on trial in September, October, November, December.

[00:24:16] We had a year and a half rather than six months.

[00:24:18] Well, we definitely had six months.

[00:24:20] Because we knew we were up by July.

[00:24:22] Everyone knew it.

[00:24:24] And, yeah, these players might be under contract with teams.

[00:24:26] There's plenty of players who are under contract in June, July this year.

[00:24:30] We could have got them in on loan.

[00:24:31] And tested them.

[00:24:32] They're crap.

[00:24:32] Let them go.

[00:24:33] Get them on trial.

[00:24:35] You know, I just don't understand why...

[00:24:38] Oh, yeah, players are in contract until December 31st, January 1st.

[00:24:42] Everyone knows the January transfer window.

[00:24:44] So, globally, players don't...

[00:24:47] Clubs don't let players go.

[00:24:49] It's very hard to get players out.

[00:24:51] We should have done this in June, July, August, September.

[00:24:53] It's unbelievable.

[00:24:54] I don't understand why we haven't done it.

[00:24:56] And we had six months and we're sitting on our holds.

[00:24:59] That's exactly what we've been doing.

[00:25:02] You know what I mean?

[00:25:02] It's just mind-boggling.

[00:25:06] Yeah, they might say, oh, we're in the first division.

[00:25:08] It's hard to attract players.

[00:25:09] Bullshit.

[00:25:10] We knew we were going up.

[00:25:11] And if we didn't go up, release them.

[00:25:13] Have a clause in the contract.

[00:25:15] I know you don't do clauses, but do something.

[00:25:17] Because having these players in on January 1st,

[00:25:19] I guarantee New Year's Day we won't have these players signed.

[00:25:21] It'll be another two or three weeks.

[00:25:22] And we're in the same situation for the last three years.

[00:25:25] And the excuses after excuse, they're running out.

[00:25:28] It's just...

[00:25:28] I don't know.

[00:25:29] I just think it's...

[00:25:30] I was going to save it for later.

[00:25:31] The 2025 squad.

[00:25:33] Troost.

[00:25:33] Bran and Gould.

[00:25:34] Defence.

[00:25:35] Lyons.

[00:25:35] Keenan.

[00:25:36] Crowley.

[00:25:36] Nevin.

[00:25:37] Kuto.

[00:25:38] Benny Kuto.

[00:25:39] The new signing.

[00:25:40] Balger.

[00:25:40] Healy.

[00:25:40] Murray.

[00:25:41] O'Sullivan.

[00:25:41] Fitzpatrick.

[00:25:42] And then it's Maguire, Keating, Dyksteel and Nolan.

[00:25:46] That's another thing.

[00:25:47] What are you most worried about?

[00:25:48] Hang on.

[00:25:49] Keepers, right?

[00:25:51] Three years in a row.

[00:25:52] Four years maybe.

[00:25:53] We'll do the same thing again.

[00:25:55] Signing two young keepers.

[00:25:57] And hoping it works out.

[00:25:58] Now, I'm convinced that Troost will be decent.

[00:26:01] Like, he's a reserve keeper for our air division team.

[00:26:04] Right?

[00:26:05] He has to have something about him.

[00:26:07] But our other backup is in his early 20s as well.

[00:26:10] Get someone in their 30s in there.

[00:26:12] Get someone who's 35 years old who's had the experience.

[00:26:15] Just in case it goes wrong for the fourth year in a row.

[00:26:19] You know?

[00:26:20] It's just like, are we learning anything?

[00:26:23] Dave Harrington, we got lucky because he was so good.

[00:26:26] If he wasn't good, we were stuck with Corcoran for another year.

[00:26:30] I just don't understand it.

[00:26:32] Anyway.

[00:26:35] What position in the field, Dickey, are you most concerned about?

[00:26:38] After me reading up that list.

[00:26:42] It has to be right across the back.

[00:26:44] It has to be right across the back.

[00:26:46] I mean, from right back, right to left back.

[00:26:50] Derek Crowley's just starting right back.

[00:26:52] You have one centre half at the moment, which is Charlie Lyons.

[00:26:55] You need to bring in three.

[00:26:57] We won't bring in three.

[00:26:58] But you need to bring in three.

[00:27:00] You've got, on the left side then, you've got Benny Couto,

[00:27:03] who none of us know anything about.

[00:27:05] We're just hoping and praying that he's a good left back.

[00:27:08] And you've got Manny Kiernan.

[00:27:09] I've got a lot of time for Manny Kiernan.

[00:27:11] Behind them, you've got two goalkeepers, as Scotty has said,

[00:27:14] that none of us, again, know anything about.

[00:27:15] Team Troost, you would presume, is a decent level.

[00:27:19] So that should be okay.

[00:27:21] That should be good.

[00:27:22] Young Braden, who's there, hasn't played a competitive game

[00:27:25] in the bones of two years.

[00:27:27] Was in on trial with us, basically what Scotty said last September, October,

[00:27:31] trained with us, et cetera.

[00:27:33] And we've given him a contract.

[00:27:35] So they've seen enough of him to make a decision.

[00:27:37] So that would give you some bit of confidence.

[00:27:39] But until you see these guys in games,

[00:27:43] like Team Troost could be a brilliant goalkeeper.

[00:27:45] But he could be homesick in a month's time after he comes in.

[00:27:49] You just don't know.

[00:27:51] And these are the things you can't touch,

[00:27:55] like just the unknowns that,

[00:27:56] until the guy is here, we have no idea.

[00:28:00] Like everybody wants Team Troost to be brilliant.

[00:28:02] But we would have said, okay,

[00:28:05] we've signed a keeper from Celtic who was their third choice.

[00:28:08] And he was in their European squad.

[00:28:10] He was the third goalkeeper in their European squad.

[00:28:13] This guy is going to be really, really good.

[00:28:16] Like Jesus wept, lads.

[00:28:17] We all saw it like, you know, he was far from really good.

[00:28:21] So like, no, somebody said he was injured

[00:28:24] and he hit an injury and the rest of it.

[00:28:26] But like, it was what it was.

[00:28:29] And like, it's, I want to be positive.

[00:28:32] I want to find something to be positive about.

[00:28:34] Like, but it's hard.

[00:28:39] It's hard.

[00:28:40] And like, we know, like, you know,

[00:28:44] we know we're going to fill the squad with low knees

[00:28:46] and signings from the continent now.

[00:28:49] Because I heard somewhere that we had basically said,

[00:28:52] Irish players are too expensive and we can get better value abroad.

[00:28:58] That's fine.

[00:28:58] But we've the second most expensive ticket in the league.

[00:29:02] So like, people would pay.

[00:29:06] No problem.

[00:29:07] But they'll pay to see a product on the pitch.

[00:29:11] And like, you don't, like whatever about the last time.

[00:29:14] This time we had time to plan.

[00:29:16] Again, the owner has gone with a strategy of charging.

[00:29:21] And like he was on another podcast and he said,

[00:29:23] he believes the product is still underpriced and undervalued and et cetera.

[00:29:27] And what I took from that was it's going to be right, lads.

[00:29:31] This is what it costs you to stay up.

[00:29:34] Now you want to push for Europe.

[00:29:35] This is going to be your ticket price.

[00:29:37] Now we made Europe.

[00:29:38] You want to push to win leagues.

[00:29:40] This is going to be your ticket price.

[00:29:42] And there's only one way everything is going.

[00:29:44] And that's up.

[00:29:44] It's not coming down.

[00:29:45] It's not staying stable.

[00:29:46] So I think there's a long-term strategy there from Dormitt, which is fine.

[00:29:49] He's entitled to come with his long-term strategies.

[00:29:52] But he has to, has to, has to deliver on the pitch.

[00:29:55] He has to deliver a product on the pitch

[00:29:58] that matches and gives value to the fan base for the price they're paying.

[00:30:03] To see the product on the pitch.

[00:30:05] Wayne, what do you make of it all?

[00:30:07] The problem here is I think that if we do lose our first few games,

[00:30:13] fans just won't show up.

[00:30:15] The less fans are there, the less fans that give a shit

[00:30:17] and it'll just dwindle away.

[00:30:18] So I think we're well past being angry.

[00:30:20] I think we're not that club anymore where we get angry

[00:30:23] and keep coming to the games.

[00:30:24] I think we just stop going.

[00:30:27] It's not like the 90s.

[00:30:28] He saw it last year.

[00:30:29] Yeah.

[00:30:30] The 90s, 2000s, you'd still show up on a Sunday at 2 o'clock

[00:30:34] and you'd voice your opinion.

[00:30:37] People don't do it anymore.

[00:30:39] There's a change of guard in the shed especially

[00:30:41] and I don't think that people will just not care

[00:30:44] and we'll end up at 2,000.

[00:30:46] Our core has always been about 2,500, 3,000.

[00:30:48] It really has.

[00:30:49] We're in the Premier Division

[00:30:50] and I think that if we do have a bad run of results,

[00:30:53] it'll get lower.

[00:30:53] And I think people who normally go will just go,

[00:30:56] bah, that hurts.

[00:30:57] Stay at home and watch TV or something

[00:31:00] or go out with the lads.

[00:31:01] The chase.

[00:31:02] It used to be, in the 2000s,

[00:31:04] it used to be cool to support Cork City.

[00:31:05] You know, there was a time when there was,

[00:31:06] oh, City fans and all.

[00:31:08] Everybody said to you, how's City getting on?

[00:31:09] I think now it's kind of like, it's a bit sad.

[00:31:13] Do you know?

[00:31:14] Unless we're doing well.

[00:31:15] And if we don't do well,

[00:31:18] I fear for the club genuinely.

[00:31:20] Well, then again, look, we could beat Galway.

[00:31:22] First game, we could go on a run.

[00:31:24] Top of the league.

[00:31:25] Six and a half thousand people going to the games

[00:31:26] and it's magic in the game.

[00:31:27] That's what we need.

[00:31:28] How likely do you think that is?

[00:31:30] That's, from what I can see anyway,

[00:31:32] that's not likely at all.

[00:31:33] That we even get a result against Galway.

[00:31:36] You have to trust that we've learned our lesson

[00:31:39] a third time around.

[00:31:40] You have to believe it.

[00:31:42] Because if we haven't,

[00:31:44] it doesn't matter

[00:31:45] because the club's going to end up in shit anyway.

[00:31:47] Whether it be one year, two years, three years.

[00:31:48] If we haven't learned our lessons

[00:31:50] of the last three years,

[00:31:53] the 10 game won't matter

[00:31:55] because it'll fail again.

[00:31:56] The fans are getting angry

[00:31:58] because of what they're seeing on paper now

[00:31:59] when it is,

[00:32:00] as some of the comments alluded here,

[00:32:01] just completely deja vu

[00:32:03] of two seasons ago.

[00:32:05] Like, it just,

[00:32:06] it's going to happen again.

[00:32:08] It's only going to go one way, I think,

[00:32:10] from what we have at the moment.

[00:32:11] Getting the loanies in.

[00:32:13] Keaton and McGuire,

[00:32:14] like, there's just going to be

[00:32:15] such an over-reliance

[00:32:16] on those two this season.

[00:32:17] It's going to be ridiculous

[00:32:19] if anything happens.

[00:32:20] I'd say even one of those players

[00:32:22] were shagged.

[00:32:23] Like, we're in a relegation scrap

[00:32:25] at the moment,

[00:32:26] as is it, at least, anyway.

[00:32:27] The good thing about this,

[00:32:28] I think Durham Russia has a plan.

[00:32:29] I think he's got a roadmap laid out,

[00:32:31] whether it be one year,

[00:32:32] two years, three years.

[00:32:33] Whether it's the right plan,

[00:32:35] that's what I'm questioning.

[00:32:37] I just hope we've learned.

[00:32:38] I really do.

[00:32:41] I hope, like,

[00:32:42] I don't want fight relegation

[00:32:44] this year or go mid-tave.

[00:32:44] I want to be challenging for Europe.

[00:32:46] Why not, like?

[00:32:47] Do you know what I mean?

[00:32:48] Forget that.

[00:32:49] No, I can, yeah,

[00:32:50] but you can still want it.

[00:32:51] Like, you can't.

[00:32:52] Of course you want.

[00:32:53] If the club think that

[00:32:54] 4,000 people,

[00:32:55] or 5,000 people are going to show up

[00:32:57] and we're fourth bottom,

[00:33:00] insanity,

[00:33:00] is that what that is.

[00:33:01] We get 4,000 turning up

[00:33:03] if we're kind of on the

[00:33:05] fifth, sixth, maybe.

[00:33:06] Maximum sixth.

[00:33:07] If we're fifth or sixth,

[00:33:08] people will show up.

[00:33:09] If we're seventh, eighth, ninth,

[00:33:11] forget it.

[00:33:12] Forget it.

[00:33:13] LOA TV,

[00:33:14] that's what's going to happen.

[00:33:15] Look, we'll go back

[00:33:16] to some of the messages here.

[00:33:17] I was so positive

[00:33:18] coming on this podcast.

[00:33:19] We lose the run of ourselves

[00:33:19] completely.

[00:33:20] But look,

[00:33:22] Philly Crowley asks,

[00:33:22] look, much of what we talked

[00:33:23] about already,

[00:33:24] what or who do we need

[00:33:25] to add to the squad

[00:33:26] before the season starts?

[00:33:27] Actually, maybe we didn't

[00:33:28] answer that one.

[00:33:29] What or who do we need

[00:33:30] to add to the squad?

[00:33:31] We probably need,

[00:33:33] what?

[00:33:34] Two in defence.

[00:33:36] Two full backs,

[00:33:37] three centre backs,

[00:33:38] probably another central

[00:33:39] midfielder,

[00:33:41] two strikers,

[00:33:42] one semi-decent,

[00:33:43] one like Skeeters

[00:33:45] would probably do,

[00:33:47] another winger.

[00:33:49] Probably a third choice

[00:33:50] keeper just in case

[00:33:51] because Daniel Moynihan

[00:33:51] is off the cover

[00:33:52] apparently.

[00:33:54] But what's realistic now,

[00:33:56] it's going to be two defence,

[00:33:57] two midfield and one attacker.

[00:33:58] That's what's probably

[00:33:59] going to happen.

[00:33:59] Well, I'd say there'll be

[00:34:00] a few players who can

[00:34:00] play full back.

[00:34:01] That's why Shane Griffin,

[00:34:02] he can play centre back

[00:34:03] and full back.

[00:34:04] So I thought,

[00:34:05] obvious option.

[00:34:06] Do you know?

[00:34:09] Yeah.

[00:34:10] And left-sided.

[00:34:11] We were never in that

[00:34:12] discussion anyway.

[00:34:13] Like to be fair now,

[00:34:14] he's a left-sided centre back.

[00:34:17] We have one in Charlie Lyons,

[00:34:18] as I said.

[00:34:19] It appears Tim Clancy

[00:34:20] has huge mass

[00:34:21] in Charlie Lyons.

[00:34:22] That's fair enough.

[00:34:23] That's how Tim sees it.

[00:34:25] Then he's well entitled

[00:34:27] to do so.

[00:34:30] Jonas Hacking him

[00:34:31] off the cove.

[00:34:32] Why not get him back on?

[00:34:33] I know he hasn't paid

[00:34:34] in the year.

[00:34:34] I know that.

[00:34:35] How do you know that?

[00:34:37] What?

[00:34:39] Jonas the cove.

[00:34:40] I was told today.

[00:34:41] For **** sake,

[00:34:42] I've known that

[00:34:42] for four days.

[00:34:43] I was going to drop

[00:34:44] the big bombshell here

[00:34:45] later on.

[00:34:46] Jonas off the cove.

[00:34:48] Yeah,

[00:34:49] he'd come back there.

[00:34:49] I know he's gone a year,

[00:34:51] right?

[00:34:51] But he wasn't the best

[00:34:53] defender,

[00:34:53] but he was reliable.

[00:34:55] He was a Viking.

[00:34:56] He got stuck in.

[00:34:57] That's the kind of player

[00:34:57] you want as your third

[00:34:58] choice if needed.

[00:35:00] He was a 7 out of 10

[00:35:03] every game.

[00:35:03] He got it.

[00:35:04] He was calm,

[00:35:05] collected.

[00:35:07] He wasn't fantastic,

[00:35:08] but there was no

[00:35:10] calamities,

[00:35:10] as far as I can remember.

[00:35:12] I might have been one

[00:35:12] or two,

[00:35:12] but he was assured.

[00:35:18] I think he had

[00:35:19] the other exclusives

[00:35:19] for cove.

[00:35:20] I don't have any.

[00:35:21] That was the one.

[00:35:22] That was the one.

[00:35:23] It was like,

[00:35:24] you know.

[00:35:25] No,

[00:35:25] I don't know.

[00:35:26] You've obviously more

[00:35:27] what I heard was that

[00:35:28] they were having a chat

[00:35:29] and he was open

[00:35:30] to coming back to Ireland.

[00:35:31] He's moving back to Ireland.

[00:35:32] That's the bottom line.

[00:35:33] He's moving back to Ireland.

[00:35:34] Okay.

[00:35:36] It's done and dusted,

[00:35:37] which is good.

[00:35:38] Good luck,

[00:35:38] sir.

[00:35:39] That's cove.

[00:35:40] I've been very,

[00:35:42] very impressive

[00:35:42] in building a first

[00:35:43] division squad

[00:35:44] and we'll definitely

[00:35:47] be keeping an eye

[00:35:48] in the first division

[00:35:48] next year anyway.

[00:35:50] Absolutely.

[00:35:52] It's just a matter

[00:35:52] of what we call them.

[00:35:53] Is it Cove City,

[00:35:54] Cork City B,

[00:35:55] Cork City Reserves,

[00:35:57] you know,

[00:35:59] what else could we have?

[00:36:00] A simple Queen's told,

[00:36:01] I think.

[00:36:01] What happens

[00:36:03] if we're at the bottom

[00:36:03] of our table,

[00:36:04] right,

[00:36:04] and Cove are top

[00:36:05] of the first division?

[00:36:07] Do we spit the pot

[00:36:08] in two?

[00:36:09] We become a Cove Ramblers,

[00:36:10] Pat.

[00:36:11] We become a Cove Ramblers,

[00:36:12] Pat.

[00:36:14] All the answers

[00:36:15] we want to Mike McDermott.

[00:36:17] Joel Angford says,

[00:36:18] two years ago

[00:36:19] I stood in Mayfield

[00:36:20] watching a pre-season friendly

[00:36:21] knowing our squad

[00:36:22] was inadequate

[00:36:23] and we had no chance

[00:36:24] of staying up.

[00:36:26] Why have I got

[00:36:26] a bad feeling?

[00:36:28] Why have I got

[00:36:28] a bad deja vu feeling?

[00:36:30] Dickie,

[00:36:30] you were a horse

[00:36:31] in the bushes

[00:36:32] that night in Mayfield.

[00:36:34] Do you agree?

[00:36:35] Do you agree?

[00:36:37] Yeah,

[00:36:38] it's very deja vu.

[00:36:40] I think the

[00:36:41] outlier this time

[00:36:42] or the difference

[00:36:43] this time

[00:36:43] is that you do have

[00:36:45] Shawnee and Keats

[00:36:46] up top,

[00:36:47] you know.

[00:36:47] Shawnee is

[00:36:49] gold,

[00:36:50] you know,

[00:36:50] absolute gold.

[00:36:53] But the problem

[00:36:55] with Shawnee

[00:36:56] and which none of us

[00:36:57] know the answer to yet

[00:36:58] is,

[00:36:58] is he going to play

[00:36:59] a full season?

[00:37:01] Or is he going to miss

[00:37:03] eight or nine games

[00:37:04] simply,

[00:37:05] you know,

[00:37:06] through injury

[00:37:06] and,

[00:37:08] like,

[00:37:11] that's the thing

[00:37:11] but it does feel

[00:37:13] like everything

[00:37:14] has just been thrown

[00:37:15] at the Keats

[00:37:17] and Shawnee

[00:37:17] stuff

[00:37:18] and as if like,

[00:37:19] which that would be grand,

[00:37:20] no,

[00:37:21] that'll sort us

[00:37:22] for the division

[00:37:22] and that's not

[00:37:23] how it works,

[00:37:23] like,

[00:37:24] you need a squad

[00:37:25] and the thing is

[00:37:26] even like Scotty

[00:37:27] said it there,

[00:37:28] even if we now

[00:37:29] put together

[00:37:30] some kind of

[00:37:30] a starting 11,

[00:37:32] a decent first 11,

[00:37:33] there is no squad,

[00:37:35] there's nothing

[00:37:35] underneath it,

[00:37:36] there's nothing

[00:37:36] behind it,

[00:37:37] nothing of any substance,

[00:37:39] of no experience

[00:37:41] in this league

[00:37:42] and this division

[00:37:42] so,

[00:37:43] like,

[00:37:44] you're,

[00:37:45] I'm surprised

[00:37:46] that Tim Crancy's

[00:37:46] alone this,

[00:37:47] I'll be honest with you,

[00:37:48] I'm kind of surprised

[00:37:49] that Tim is,

[00:37:52] you know.

[00:37:54] Is it possible

[00:37:55] that we've like

[00:37:55] six players lined up

[00:37:56] to sign January 1st

[00:37:58] and we're scrambling

[00:37:59] to edit this podcast?

[00:38:00] Absolutely,

[00:38:01] there'll be no editing,

[00:38:02] like,

[00:38:02] we won't do it,

[00:38:03] yes,

[00:38:04] it's very possible

[00:38:05] and like,

[00:38:06] but we can only deal

[00:38:07] in the here and now

[00:38:08] and even if we have

[00:38:09] six,

[00:38:10] and Scott,

[00:38:10] even if we have

[00:38:11] six players lined up,

[00:38:12] they're all coming

[00:38:13] from outside the league,

[00:38:14] you know,

[00:38:15] and they're all young

[00:38:16] and they're on loan

[00:38:17] or they're,

[00:38:17] they're out of contract

[00:38:19] somewhere,

[00:38:19] they're coming from Holland,

[00:38:21] they're coming from Spain,

[00:38:22] there's an element

[00:38:23] of luck

[00:38:24] with every one

[00:38:25] of those signings then

[00:38:26] and we're kind of

[00:38:27] throwing darts to the board

[00:38:29] and hoping that

[00:38:30] somebody hit two bullseyes

[00:38:32] or a couple of triple 20s

[00:38:33] or something,

[00:38:33] you know,

[00:38:33] and as I said,

[00:38:35] like,

[00:38:36] to me,

[00:38:36] Tim Clancy was always

[00:38:37] a manager who knew

[00:38:38] what he wanted

[00:38:39] and he went and got it.

[00:38:42] This time,

[00:38:43] like,

[00:38:43] I keep going back,

[00:38:44] right,

[00:38:45] and like,

[00:38:46] obviously we tweeted

[00:38:47] the video at that time

[00:38:48] at the League Manager's Awards

[00:38:50] or whatever awards it was

[00:38:51] where Darren Maloney

[00:38:52] was,

[00:38:53] you know,

[00:38:54] giving out the award

[00:38:55] and talking to Tim

[00:38:56] and Tim said,

[00:38:57] and I'm assured

[00:38:58] it was a joke

[00:38:59] and it was this

[00:38:59] and it was that

[00:39:00] about,

[00:39:00] you know,

[00:39:02] Dermott needs to spend

[00:39:02] some money

[00:39:03] or unless Dermott

[00:39:04] spends some money,

[00:39:04] whatever the phraseology was,

[00:39:05] it was on our social media,

[00:39:07] you can go back

[00:39:07] and look at it again.

[00:39:09] And like,

[00:39:10] I don't think anybody

[00:39:11] was happy that we tweeted it

[00:39:13] but such is life

[00:39:14] where,

[00:39:14] as I said to people,

[00:39:15] we're a Cork City fans podcast.

[00:39:16] What?

[00:39:17] Hang on.

[00:39:17] A Cork City manager

[00:39:18] stands on the stage.

[00:39:21] What happened there?

[00:39:22] What do you mean people

[00:39:23] weren't happy?

[00:39:23] That we retweeted a tweet?

[00:39:24] Are you serious?

[00:39:26] No,

[00:39:26] that we tweeted the video,

[00:39:27] you know,

[00:39:28] of Tim saying what he said.

[00:39:30] Exactly,

[00:39:30] that was my attitude too.

[00:39:32] So someone's club

[00:39:33] got upset at that,

[00:39:33] are you serious?

[00:39:34] I think so,

[00:39:35] yeah,

[00:39:35] I believe so.

[00:39:36] Do you know,

[00:39:36] or f***?

[00:39:38] No,

[00:39:38] seriously,

[00:39:39] if that's the kind of shit

[00:39:40] that you're getting upset over,

[00:39:42] or something that's already in the pub,

[00:39:43] but that,

[00:39:44] you're,

[00:39:44] that,

[00:39:45] if that's something that

[00:39:46] the club is getting upset,

[00:39:48] okay,

[00:39:48] I'm getting angry now again.

[00:39:49] If that's something the club

[00:39:50] gets upset over,

[00:39:52] us tweeting a video,

[00:39:55] that's,

[00:39:56] I was all positive,

[00:39:58] I was all positive,

[00:39:58] coming onto this podcast.

[00:40:00] But anyway,

[00:40:00] don't worry.

[00:40:01] I refuse to believe that,

[00:40:02] you know,

[00:40:02] I can't believe that someone

[00:40:04] get upset,

[00:40:05] because we tweeted.

[00:40:07] Ah,

[00:40:09] the point I was going to make anyway,

[00:40:11] it was that

[00:40:11] nobody will ever convince me

[00:40:15] that Tim Clancy wasn't

[00:40:17] speaking from his heart

[00:40:19] or his soul

[00:40:20] at that,

[00:40:20] at that point.

[00:40:21] And people say,

[00:40:21] oh no,

[00:40:21] it was a joke

[00:40:22] and it was banter

[00:40:23] and everything else.

[00:40:24] That's fine.

[00:40:25] But jokes and banter

[00:40:28] are often

[00:40:31] created from the truth

[00:40:32] of a situation.

[00:40:34] Do the same people

[00:40:36] who think that was banter

[00:40:37] think we're not banter?

[00:40:39] Ah,

[00:40:40] look,

[00:40:40] it was just something

[00:40:41] that was said to me.

[00:40:42] I'm going to mute you

[00:40:43] and get pissed off.

[00:40:45] It's not.

[00:40:48] Your man's raging.

[00:40:50] It's just a throwaway

[00:40:51] comment for me.

[00:40:52] But anyway,

[00:40:53] you know,

[00:40:54] so nobody will ever convince me

[00:40:55] that Tim Clancy

[00:40:56] wasn't touching on the truth

[00:40:58] there and how he sees things,

[00:40:59] you know.

[00:41:00] And

[00:41:03] yeah,

[00:41:03] it's just,

[00:41:04] it does feel like

[00:41:05] we're not a club

[00:41:06] that is going to spend

[00:41:08] any kind of sizable money.

[00:41:10] We,

[00:41:11] I said many times last year

[00:41:12] that I hoped

[00:41:14] the Shawnee

[00:41:15] and the Rory Keating

[00:41:17] signings

[00:41:18] in,

[00:41:18] in the summer

[00:41:19] were

[00:41:21] not part of the budget.

[00:41:23] Do you know that they were,

[00:41:23] you know,

[00:41:24] extras or

[00:41:25] and the budget

[00:41:26] was still going to be there for this.

[00:41:27] It very much now looks like

[00:41:29] they weren't extras

[00:41:31] that they were taking

[00:41:32] from this year's budget

[00:41:33] and we're now trying to fill

[00:41:34] with low knees

[00:41:35] and guys from outside the country.

[00:41:37] That's what it looks like.

[00:41:38] I might be wrong.

[00:41:39] I'm happy to be wrong.

[00:41:41] But,

[00:41:41] like,

[00:41:43] But in defense of the club here,

[00:41:45] like,

[00:41:45] surely this is,

[00:41:46] surely this is

[00:41:47] Tim Clancy's decision.

[00:41:48] Like,

[00:41:48] he's given a wage budget.

[00:41:50] It's up to him

[00:41:51] to buy in Ireland

[00:41:51] or buy abroad.

[00:41:52] If he can't buy

[00:41:52] in Ireland,

[00:41:54] like,

[00:41:55] he's happily told

[00:41:55] you have to go to Europe,

[00:41:57] you know?

[00:42:02] Yeah.

[00:42:03] Or is he?

[00:42:04] I don't know.

[00:42:05] I have no idea

[00:42:06] of the internal conversations

[00:42:07] that happen in the club.

[00:42:08] Like,

[00:42:09] you know,

[00:42:10] it's

[00:42:12] like,

[00:42:13] but there's lots of signs

[00:42:14] around the place,

[00:42:15] guys,

[00:42:15] if you break things down.

[00:42:16] Like,

[00:42:17] go back to when we,

[00:42:18] so,

[00:42:18] go back to when we last started

[00:42:20] the season in the Premier Division.

[00:42:22] Colin Healy was manager.

[00:42:24] You had a

[00:42:26] assistant manager

[00:42:27] in Richie

[00:42:29] and you're the first team coach

[00:42:30] in Decky Coleman,

[00:42:31] right?

[00:42:32] We're going in this year

[00:42:34] with Tim as manager,

[00:42:36] Jamie Hamill as assistant manager.

[00:42:38] There has been no

[00:42:41] move made

[00:42:42] to replace

[00:42:45] Richie

[00:42:48] or Decky Coleman,

[00:42:50] right?

[00:42:50] So,

[00:42:51] we have one member of staff

[00:42:52] less

[00:42:54] at this point in time.

[00:42:56] That might change,

[00:42:56] I'm guessing,

[00:42:57] but I think it would have

[00:42:58] probably changed,

[00:42:58] right now.

[00:42:58] So,

[00:42:59] it looks like we're heading

[00:42:59] into the league season

[00:43:00] paying one less member

[00:43:02] of staff,

[00:43:03] right?

[00:43:03] So,

[00:43:03] we're making a saving there.

[00:43:05] Then we introduce

[00:43:06] the director of football,

[00:43:07] which was another expense.

[00:43:08] We're not introducing

[00:43:09] another director of football,

[00:43:11] no.

[00:43:11] So,

[00:43:11] say in June of 2025,

[00:43:14] in terms of our

[00:43:15] men's first team

[00:43:16] set up,

[00:43:17] we're going to have

[00:43:18] a coach less

[00:43:19] and a director of football less.

[00:43:22] Significant wage savings there,

[00:43:24] you know?

[00:43:25] Again,

[00:43:25] I'm going to defend the club here.

[00:43:26] I know it's mad.

[00:43:28] That was

[00:43:28] Tim Clancy's

[00:43:30] choice,

[00:43:30] no?

[00:43:31] What was Tim Clancy's choice?

[00:43:33] That he,

[00:43:34] hmm,

[00:43:35] hmm,

[00:43:35] how do I say this?

[00:43:37] That Richie left?

[00:43:38] No,

[00:43:38] no,

[00:43:38] no,

[00:43:39] no,

[00:43:39] no,

[00:43:39] no,

[00:43:39] I'm on the other one

[00:43:40] when he signed.

[00:43:42] Buckley,

[00:43:43] no?

[00:43:44] Oh yeah,

[00:43:44] but no,

[00:43:45] all I'm saying is

[00:43:47] we're going to be,

[00:43:48] we're going to have

[00:43:48] two wages less

[00:43:49] this June

[00:43:50] than we had

[00:43:52] in June of 2023.

[00:43:54] That's a significant saving,

[00:43:56] you know?

[00:43:57] And the point I'm making is

[00:43:58] we seem to be

[00:43:59] spending less money

[00:44:00] this time around

[00:44:02] than we did last time

[00:44:02] on management

[00:44:03] and on coaching

[00:44:04] and everything else.

[00:44:05] So there's lots of indications

[00:44:07] now

[00:44:07] that

[00:44:08] we're not a club

[00:44:10] who's going to spend

[00:44:10] any kind of substantial money

[00:44:12] on

[00:44:14] first team

[00:44:16] players,

[00:44:18] coaches,

[00:44:18] directors of football,

[00:44:20] setups,

[00:44:20] structures,

[00:44:21] all that kind of stuff,

[00:44:23] you know?

[00:44:24] So

[00:44:28] it's just

[00:44:28] something that jumped out

[00:44:29] at me the other day,

[00:44:30] like?

[00:44:31] You should have quit last year.

[00:44:33] No,

[00:44:34] yeah,

[00:44:34] it's just like

[00:44:35] this is

[00:44:37] so not the way

[00:44:38] we wanted to go.

[00:44:39] No,

[00:44:39] can we just be,

[00:44:39] can we just have a few

[00:44:41] positive questions there,

[00:44:42] Dan?

[00:44:42] Come on,

[00:44:42] Jesus.

[00:44:44] Love of God,

[00:44:45] someone out there

[00:44:46] can please tweet us

[00:44:47] something positive.

[00:44:47] Well,

[00:44:47] it's not about the squad

[00:44:48] anyway.

[00:44:49] Ian Crowley asks,

[00:44:50] what's your take

[00:44:50] on the club's

[00:44:51] off-field operations?

[00:44:53] I tell you,

[00:44:53] 90 event

[00:44:54] and another fundraiser

[00:44:55] for the academies

[00:44:56] on the horizon.

[00:44:57] Is it more of a business

[00:44:58] than a football club?

[00:45:01] Hybrid,

[00:45:02] that's what I'm going to say,

[00:45:03] that's my new word

[00:45:03] for the season,

[00:45:04] hybrid.

[00:45:07] A little from Columet?

[00:45:08] Do you know what,

[00:45:09] I'm going to,

[00:45:09] again,

[00:45:10] I'm defending the club again,

[00:45:11] this is mad stuff

[00:45:11] going on here.

[00:45:13] I think these events

[00:45:14] are a really good idea

[00:45:16] because it's something

[00:45:17] I've been crying out

[00:45:18] for for years.

[00:45:19] I think the Italian 91

[00:45:20] is going to be unreal.

[00:45:21] I know it's on the same

[00:45:22] night as an away game,

[00:45:23] but like,

[00:45:24] it's not aimed at us,

[00:45:25] it's just on,

[00:45:28] he should be doing,

[00:45:28] he should be separating

[00:45:31] this venture

[00:45:32] from the club,

[00:45:34] renaming it,

[00:45:35] calling it,

[00:45:36] I don't know,

[00:45:39] Usher Events

[00:45:39] or something,

[00:45:40] or he can't do that either,

[00:45:41] Jesus,

[00:45:42] something,

[00:45:43] because I think

[00:45:43] people are getting

[00:45:44] too fixated

[00:45:45] with this whole,

[00:45:45] it's a quirks of the event,

[00:45:46] it's not a quirks of the event,

[00:45:48] it's a side thing

[00:45:49] for the club

[00:45:50] trying to make a bit of cash

[00:45:51] and I think it's a good idea.

[00:45:52] There we go,

[00:45:53] more positivity on the pod.

[00:45:56] Is it going to the club though,

[00:45:57] the profits

[00:45:58] from these rebel army events

[00:46:00] or is it?

[00:46:01] Well,

[00:46:01] that has to be

[00:46:02] because it's under

[00:46:02] the quirks of an umbrella.

[00:46:05] Whether it goes off

[00:46:05] paying off

[00:46:08] pre-existing debts

[00:46:09] or if we have loans,

[00:46:11] I don't know,

[00:46:11] paying off,

[00:46:12] but I think it's going to

[00:46:13] the club at some part.

[00:46:15] That's my view

[00:46:15] of what it should be.

[00:46:18] So I think

[00:46:18] the tight end to the event

[00:46:19] is going to be amazing.

[00:46:20] I'd love to see that.

[00:46:21] Definitely going.

[00:46:22] There's one in Dublin

[00:46:23] on the Friday.

[00:46:23] I think there's one

[00:46:24] in Cork

[00:46:24] on the Sunday.

[00:46:26] Yeah,

[00:46:26] I'd definitely go to that.

[00:46:28] I'm a sucker

[00:46:29] for a 3090.

[00:46:32] Good idea.

[00:46:33] There's amazing ideas

[00:46:34] off the pitch.

[00:46:36] It's just the problem

[00:46:37] of integrating it

[00:46:39] with people

[00:46:40] and getting people

[00:46:41] to embrace it.

[00:46:44] Can't,

[00:46:45] they're actually pissing off fans.

[00:46:46] But again,

[00:46:46] it's not aimed at Cork City fans

[00:46:47] so it doesn't really matter

[00:46:48] a shit read,

[00:46:48] is it?

[00:46:50] Dickie,

[00:46:51] what do you make

[00:46:52] of the club's

[00:46:53] off-field operations

[00:46:54] as Ian said?

[00:46:56] Kind of agree

[00:46:57] with Scotty.

[00:46:59] Good,

[00:47:00] I think the Italia 91

[00:47:01] is a home run.

[00:47:02] I mean,

[00:47:03] you can have an argument

[00:47:04] about the Friday night

[00:47:05] in Dublin

[00:47:06] when we're away

[00:47:07] to Shelburne

[00:47:08] which is a big fixture

[00:47:09] for Cork City fans.

[00:47:13] Like,

[00:47:13] I think it's

[00:47:14] unfortunate timing.

[00:47:15] I would imagine

[00:47:16] the RDS

[00:47:17] and that day

[00:47:18] it was booked

[00:47:18] long before

[00:47:19] these fixtures

[00:47:19] came out.

[00:47:20] So,

[00:47:20] I think it's

[00:47:21] just unfortunate

[00:47:23] timing to be honest.

[00:47:25] The interesting thing

[00:47:26] to see was

[00:47:27] like,

[00:47:27] will the club staff

[00:47:28] be in the RDS

[00:47:29] running that event

[00:47:31] or will they be

[00:47:32] in Talca Park

[00:47:33] bringing post-game

[00:47:34] interviews

[00:47:34] and doing all

[00:47:35] that kind of stuff

[00:47:37] out of Talca Park?

[00:47:38] I think that

[00:47:38] would be the interesting

[00:47:40] one to see.

[00:47:41] Do we have a new

[00:47:42] commercial manager?

[00:47:45] Is he still at the club?

[00:47:46] I don't know his name,

[00:47:47] sorry.

[00:47:48] We have an events

[00:47:49] manager, don't we?

[00:47:50] Yeah, so he'll be there.

[00:47:51] Howie'll be in

[00:47:53] Talca Park.

[00:47:55] Dermot Usher

[00:47:55] probably

[00:47:57] does he need to be

[00:47:58] at the match?

[00:47:58] Probably not.

[00:47:59] Dermot has to be

[00:47:59] in the RDS.

[00:48:00] He has to be

[00:48:01] in the RDS.

[00:48:02] He probably does,

[00:48:02] yeah, yeah.

[00:48:03] Which is fine again.

[00:48:03] As I said,

[00:48:04] the owner doesn't

[00:48:05] need to be

[00:48:05] at every game.

[00:48:06] It doesn't have to be.

[00:48:07] Less hands-on,

[00:48:08] like,

[00:48:09] Howie and Aina

[00:48:10] can run to show up

[00:48:10] in Talca.

[00:48:12] Yeah.

[00:48:13] Again,

[00:48:14] there'll be one

[00:48:15] extra space

[00:48:15] in the dressing room.

[00:48:17] What are you

[00:48:18] muttering about?

[00:48:19] Ian Crowley says,

[00:48:20] Can Gawk Wayne

[00:48:21] release a fitness DVD

[00:48:22] to help us

[00:48:23] with the new

[00:48:24] Rebel Army

[00:48:24] clothing range?

[00:48:26] 3XL fits my

[00:48:26] 11-year-old.

[00:48:27] God help the rest

[00:48:28] of us.

[00:48:30] The sizing's

[00:48:30] a bit of an issue,

[00:48:31] isn't it?

[00:48:32] I said there's a lot

[00:48:32] of returns

[00:48:33] to the club shop.

[00:48:35] You have to size up

[00:48:36] people for most stuff.

[00:48:38] A lot of people

[00:48:39] are saying no,

[00:48:39] but they're probably

[00:48:40] the ones who are

[00:48:41] like it's slim fitting,

[00:48:42] you know.

[00:48:42] Sexy kind of people.

[00:48:45] So,

[00:48:45] but yeah,

[00:48:45] you got to size.

[00:48:46] So,

[00:48:46] like,

[00:48:46] I held off

[00:48:47] buying stuff

[00:48:48] until I knew

[00:48:49] what the sizing was.

[00:48:50] So,

[00:48:50] I'm going to go off

[00:48:51] and buy a few

[00:48:51] things this week.

[00:48:52] No.

[00:48:53] Gile?

[00:48:54] No,

[00:48:55] not this time.

[00:48:57] No?

[00:48:58] No,

[00:48:58] I get the zippy

[00:48:59] and the hoodie

[00:49:00] and the,

[00:49:00] I get the jersey too

[00:49:01] just to have.

[00:49:02] Well,

[00:49:02] what do you make

[00:49:02] of it to begin

[00:49:03] with anyway?

[00:49:04] I mean,

[00:49:04] there's the home jersey.

[00:49:05] I don't like the home one.

[00:49:06] I like the A1.

[00:49:08] I'd be the same.

[00:49:09] I'm tempted

[00:49:09] to maybe get the A1.

[00:49:11] To be fair,

[00:49:11] the pricing is good

[00:49:12] as well as 60 grade.

[00:49:12] It depends how it shows

[00:49:14] on the nipples and stuff.

[00:49:15] The older man,

[00:49:16] like,

[00:49:17] kind of has the,

[00:49:18] the upper echelons

[00:49:19] of her body,

[00:49:19] like,

[00:49:19] you know,

[00:49:20] is a bit.

[00:49:21] The training gear is nice.

[00:49:22] It is.

[00:49:23] You play it there.

[00:49:24] It's all a luminous though.

[00:49:25] Did we ever doubt

[00:49:26] how his design ability,

[00:49:27] we didn't.

[00:49:28] The home jersey is a bit,

[00:49:29] I would have loved,

[00:49:30] and I think,

[00:49:31] right,

[00:49:32] we've got a third

[00:49:32] or fourth retro kit

[00:49:34] coming out,

[00:49:35] don't we?

[00:49:35] Okay.

[00:49:36] I wonder,

[00:49:37] is he going to put

[00:49:37] the home jersey

[00:49:38] striped on the middle

[00:49:40] down the peruse,

[00:49:41] down the slideway

[00:49:41] so it looks like

[00:49:42] the old retro city jersey,

[00:49:44] but it's the same

[00:49:44] as the home one.

[00:49:45] Does that make sense?

[00:49:46] Because I don't think

[00:49:46] you can deviate too much.

[00:49:49] That's my theory.

[00:49:51] We'll wait and see.

[00:49:52] We'll wait and see.

[00:49:53] What do you reckon

[00:49:53] about it being

[00:49:54] all a luminous as well,

[00:49:55] the training gear?

[00:49:57] Yeah,

[00:49:57] why not?

[00:49:57] Kids will love it.

[00:49:59] The kids will,

[00:50:00] but the adults

[00:50:00] pay for it.

[00:50:02] Again,

[00:50:02] are we going to be wearing

[00:50:03] training gear

[00:50:03] at 43 years of age?

[00:50:04] I don't think so.

[00:50:07] Maybe not.

[00:50:08] Maybe not.

[00:50:08] Dickie,

[00:50:08] any cots

[00:50:09] are in the club shop?

[00:50:12] No,

[00:50:12] I'll be honest.

[00:50:13] It looks fine to me.

[00:50:15] I think the price point

[00:50:16] has to be commented

[00:50:17] and the club

[00:50:18] has to be

[00:50:19] complimented on

[00:50:20] the price point.

[00:50:22] It's very good,

[00:50:23] it's very fair,

[00:50:23] it's very affordable

[00:50:24] for most people.

[00:50:25] So,

[00:50:26] look,

[00:50:26] absolutely fair pay

[00:50:27] to the club for that.

[00:50:29] I think the designs

[00:50:30] are okay,

[00:50:30] they're nice.

[00:50:34] one thing

[00:50:35] I kind of

[00:50:35] didn't understand,

[00:50:37] a lot of

[00:50:37] f***ing negativity

[00:50:38] again,

[00:50:39] the Christmas greeting

[00:50:41] that the club put out.

[00:50:45] Firstly,

[00:50:45] it was two members

[00:50:46] of the women's team

[00:50:48] and they were

[00:50:49] in the old

[00:50:50] Adidas gear.

[00:50:51] Like,

[00:50:52] come on,

[00:50:53] lads,

[00:50:54] do you know?

[00:50:55] There was an excuse

[00:50:56] there on the forum

[00:50:57] that the stuff

[00:50:59] hadn't arrived.

[00:51:00] I just don't get

[00:51:01] why they didn't

[00:51:01] go into a club shop,

[00:51:02] take a few tops

[00:51:03] and put them on.

[00:51:04] Simple,

[00:51:04] really.

[00:51:05] You can't,

[00:51:06] you own the kit,

[00:51:07] it's all your kit,

[00:51:07] you can't say the kit

[00:51:08] hasn't arrived.

[00:51:09] When the men are

[00:51:09] walking around in it,

[00:51:11] no problem whatsoever.

[00:51:12] So it has,

[00:51:13] like,

[00:51:14] you can find

[00:51:15] Rebel Army kit

[00:51:16] to put on the girls

[00:51:16] and take the club.

[00:51:17] And why aren't the men

[00:51:18] in the shot anyway?

[00:51:19] Like,

[00:51:19] don't even get me started

[00:51:20] on this.

[00:51:20] Now we talk about

[00:51:21] the women's side

[00:51:21] of the club

[00:51:22] and everything those girls

[00:51:23] do and all the time

[00:51:24] they give and everything

[00:51:25] else and they get

[00:51:26] absolutely nothing for it.

[00:51:28] So I'm just going

[00:51:29] to leave it at that.

[00:51:31] We do all this

[00:51:32] remarkable gear,

[00:51:33] it's brilliant,

[00:51:34] it's fantastic,

[00:51:35] it's an unbelievable

[00:51:36] venture and then we do

[00:51:37] a Christmas greeting

[00:51:38] with two members

[00:51:38] of the women's club

[00:51:39] and last year's

[00:51:40] Adidas gear.

[00:51:41] Just make it make

[00:51:42] sense for me,

[00:51:43] please.

[00:51:44] I don't think I can.

[00:51:45] I don't think I can.

[00:51:46] Was even the original

[00:51:48] photo shoot

[00:51:49] they done to release

[00:51:49] the home jersey

[00:51:50] look like some people

[00:51:51] are photoshopped in

[00:51:52] and that?

[00:51:52] 100%, yeah.

[00:51:54] John spotted it

[00:51:55] actually.

[00:51:57] I don't know the

[00:51:57] photoshop word good

[00:51:58] enough to say that

[00:51:59] so I won't.

[00:52:01] Superimposed,

[00:52:02] that's the word

[00:52:02] of your era.

[00:52:03] Okay, okay.

[00:52:05] The time is

[00:52:06] Stalin.

[00:52:08] She leaves a man

[00:52:09] for that,

[00:52:09] wasn't he?

[00:52:11] Anthony Falvey

[00:52:12] says,

[00:52:13] 25 euro tickets,

[00:52:14] almost no signings,

[00:52:15] no manager or money

[00:52:16] for the women's team

[00:52:17] and Al Corter

[00:52:18] being drafted in

[00:52:19] to raise funds

[00:52:20] for them.

[00:52:21] Are we the most

[00:52:21] shameless club

[00:52:22] in Ireland

[00:52:23] at the moment?

[00:52:25] I'm going to talk

[00:52:26] to HR,

[00:52:26] we can't really

[00:52:27] talk about those

[00:52:28] people involved

[00:52:29] I would say

[00:52:29] from a legal

[00:52:29] perspective.

[00:52:33] HR?

[00:52:33] I mean,

[00:52:34] there's an event

[00:52:35] in January,

[00:52:36] is it the 15th

[00:52:37] or 16th of January?

[00:52:39] Yeah, look,

[00:52:40] I mean,

[00:52:41] some people are

[00:52:41] unhappy with the

[00:52:42] line-up,

[00:52:43] I can understand

[00:52:44] why.

[00:52:49] Yeah,

[00:52:49] let's like,

[00:52:50] yeah.

[00:52:51] Google it.

[00:52:52] Be interesting,

[00:52:52] be interesting to see

[00:52:53] how many people,

[00:52:53] again,

[00:52:54] with this one,

[00:52:55] I don't understand

[00:52:56] the date.

[00:52:57] I don't understand

[00:52:58] the date.

[00:52:59] Two weeks after

[00:52:59] Christmas,

[00:53:00] in a period

[00:53:01] where Dermott

[00:53:02] said,

[00:53:02] I don't know

[00:53:03] which one

[00:53:03] of the podcast,

[00:53:05] I think it was

[00:53:05] the club podcast,

[00:53:07] where he said

[00:53:07] that people need

[00:53:08] to support the

[00:53:09] events,

[00:53:10] people need

[00:53:11] to buy the gear,

[00:53:12] you've asked

[00:53:13] people to spend,

[00:53:14] I know it's

[00:53:15] well price-pointed,

[00:53:16] but you're still

[00:53:17] asking people

[00:53:17] to spend money

[00:53:18] at Christmas

[00:53:19] to buy

[00:53:21] jerseys,

[00:53:22] buy training gear,

[00:53:23] buy season tickets

[00:53:24] for next year,

[00:53:25] and then two weeks

[00:53:26] after that you

[00:53:26] lob an event in

[00:53:27] on top of them,

[00:53:28] and ask the same

[00:53:29] people,

[00:53:29] and it is the same

[00:53:30] people you're asking,

[00:53:31] to go and support

[00:53:32] that event.

[00:53:34] And then you put

[00:53:35] Al Porter on the list.

[00:53:43] You don't think

[00:53:44] he's funny,

[00:53:44] do you?

[00:53:45] Next question,

[00:53:46] Dan.

[00:53:48] Mark says,

[00:53:48] what is the point

[00:53:49] of pulling the

[00:53:49] Italian night

[00:53:50] in Dublin

[00:53:51] and saying

[00:53:51] what you play

[00:53:51] Sheldsway?

[00:53:52] Look,

[00:53:52] I think we've

[00:53:53] already done it.

[00:53:54] It was probably

[00:53:55] cheaper on a Friday

[00:53:55] to do it on a Saturday,

[00:53:56] etc.

[00:53:57] Although I think

[00:53:57] if it was on a Thursday

[00:53:58] or a Wednesday,

[00:53:59] you'd still sell it

[00:53:59] because people

[00:54:00] would still go

[00:54:00] to Dublin

[00:54:01] on a week date.

[00:54:03] Connor says,

[00:54:05] we got 500k

[00:54:06] investment and

[00:54:06] Dermott has

[00:54:07] repeatedly stated

[00:54:08] how much he's

[00:54:08] invested into

[00:54:09] the club.

[00:54:10] What's the danger

[00:54:11] that the first

[00:54:11] side of income

[00:54:12] will go back

[00:54:12] into their pockets

[00:54:13] rather than

[00:54:15] into improving

[00:54:16] the club?

[00:54:18] Jackie?

[00:54:19] We touched on

[00:54:20] this earlier on.

[00:54:21] If we don't know

[00:54:22] whether that money

[00:54:23] goes into the club,

[00:54:24] say David Cronin's

[00:54:24] half a million,

[00:54:25] whether it goes

[00:54:25] into Dermott,

[00:54:27] I don't think

[00:54:28] it's really

[00:54:29] something we

[00:54:30] need to worry

[00:54:31] about.

[00:54:33] My view on it

[00:54:34] is if

[00:54:35] Dermott

[00:54:37] takes it,

[00:54:38] he's entitled

[00:54:38] to,

[00:54:39] he's sold 20%

[00:54:39] of his business,

[00:54:41] he's entitled

[00:54:42] to take that

[00:54:43] money,

[00:54:43] there's nothing

[00:54:44] that says it

[00:54:44] has to go back

[00:54:45] into the club.

[00:54:46] He's spoken

[00:54:46] about putting

[00:54:47] 1.4 million

[00:54:48] in,

[00:54:48] I look around

[00:54:49] and I go,

[00:54:50] what have we

[00:54:51] got for that

[00:54:51] 1.4 million?

[00:54:56] Nothing.

[00:54:57] You know?

[00:54:59] And that's not

[00:55:00] being,

[00:55:01] like it's just,

[00:55:02] it's like we

[00:55:03] were relegated,

[00:55:04] we've come back

[00:55:05] up,

[00:55:06] we have no

[00:55:06] training,

[00:55:07] we don't own

[00:55:07] anything,

[00:55:08] we still don't

[00:55:08] own anything,

[00:55:09] we don't own

[00:55:09] any training

[00:55:10] ground,

[00:55:10] we don't own

[00:55:11] any pitches,

[00:55:13] we don't own

[00:55:14] any infrastructure,

[00:55:15] we own nothing,

[00:55:16] so,

[00:55:19] like 1.4 million?

[00:55:21] Thanks very much,

[00:55:22] but at the end

[00:55:23] of it,

[00:55:24] we have

[00:55:24] a ladies team

[00:55:27] who have

[00:55:27] no investment

[00:55:28] and we have

[00:55:29] a men's team

[00:55:29] that looks like

[00:55:30] it's probably

[00:55:30] going to finish

[00:55:32] 8th next season

[00:55:33] at very,

[00:55:33] very best,

[00:55:34] unless,

[00:55:35] obviously,

[00:55:36] the upcoming

[00:55:36] transfer window

[00:55:37] could change

[00:55:38] that,

[00:55:38] but I look

[00:55:40] around and I

[00:55:40] go,

[00:55:40] Stormit,

[00:55:41] who's obviously

[00:55:41] a very,

[00:55:42] very good

[00:55:42] businessman,

[00:55:44] I think he,

[00:55:45] I wouldn't

[00:55:46] blame him if

[00:55:46] he's looking

[00:55:46] around and

[00:55:47] going,

[00:55:47] well I put

[00:55:47] 1.4 million

[00:55:48] in here and

[00:55:49] what have I

[00:55:49] got for it?

[00:55:52] Can anybody

[00:55:53] tell me what

[00:55:53] he's got for

[00:55:54] his 1.4 million?

[00:55:55] Because I

[00:55:55] struggle to see

[00:55:56] what he's

[00:55:56] got for it.

[00:56:04] The love of a

[00:56:05] podcast,

[00:56:09] I don't know.

[00:56:11] Okay,

[00:56:11] okay,

[00:56:12] driving it on

[00:56:13] here.

[00:56:13] You'd imagine

[00:56:14] that money is

[00:56:15] like,

[00:56:15] what's put into

[00:56:16] the jerseys,

[00:56:17] the merchandise,

[00:56:17] what's put into

[00:56:18] the events to

[00:56:20] set up,

[00:56:21] I assume money's

[00:56:22] come back into

[00:56:22] that for that,

[00:56:23] like,

[00:56:23] you know,

[00:56:23] so if you put

[00:56:23] it in,

[00:56:24] you're getting

[00:56:25] profits back

[00:56:25] too,

[00:56:26] I don't think

[00:56:26] it's just

[00:56:26] dead money,

[00:56:27] I imagine

[00:56:27] it's everything

[00:56:28] he's put in.

[00:56:29] Yeah,

[00:56:29] I'd imagine

[00:56:29] so.

[00:56:30] Like the 300

[00:56:31] grand on,

[00:56:32] say,

[00:56:33] Kate is going

[00:56:33] to come back

[00:56:34] with 600

[00:56:35] grand,

[00:56:35] you know what

[00:56:35] I mean?

[00:56:35] So,

[00:56:37] yeah,

[00:56:38] you got your

[00:56:38] 300 grand.

[00:56:39] At a guess,

[00:56:39] like I was,

[00:56:40] you know,

[00:56:41] shooting.

[00:56:44] Simon Power

[00:56:44] asks,

[00:56:45] was Wayne a

[00:56:45] good boy this

[00:56:46] year and who

[00:56:46] do you think

[00:56:47] will come

[00:56:47] last?

[00:56:50] In what

[00:56:50] way?

[00:56:51] I'm talking

[00:56:51] about football

[00:56:52] here,

[00:56:52] like,

[00:56:53] was Wayne a

[00:56:54] good boy?

[00:56:54] Yeah,

[00:56:56] I was,

[00:56:56] yeah.

[00:56:57] Not the most

[00:56:58] headed,

[00:56:58] Tore Tapper,

[00:56:59] for once,

[00:57:00] it was good.

[00:57:01] Well,

[00:57:01] who was the

[00:57:01] most headed?

[00:57:04] Dan.

[00:57:07] Question mark.

[00:57:09] And who do

[00:57:09] you think will

[00:57:10] come last?

[00:57:11] In what,

[00:57:12] in football,

[00:57:13] what do you

[00:57:13] mean?

[00:57:14] I presume this

[00:57:15] is the league,

[00:57:15] I presume this

[00:57:16] is the league.

[00:57:16] I think,

[00:57:17] quite possibly,

[00:57:18] us or,

[00:57:22] I think

[00:57:22] Waterford.

[00:57:24] Waterford?

[00:57:25] Hmm.

[00:57:27] Dickie,

[00:57:27] who do you

[00:57:28] think will

[00:57:28] come last?

[00:57:28] Do you think

[00:57:29] Wayne was a

[00:57:29] good boy,

[00:57:30] first of all?

[00:57:31] I've no doubt

[00:57:31] Wayne's always

[00:57:32] a good boy.

[00:57:33] Is that,

[00:57:34] was that

[00:57:34] Simon Power?

[00:57:35] Was it,

[00:57:35] did you say

[00:57:36] St.

[00:57:36] Simon Power,

[00:57:36] 87,

[00:57:37] yeah.

[00:57:38] Is that

[00:57:38] Simon Power

[00:57:39] who left

[00:57:39] Sligo to go

[00:57:40] to St.

[00:57:41] Pat's?

[00:57:41] I take it

[00:57:42] it's not.

[00:57:43] I highly doubt

[00:57:44] that it's like

[00:57:44] a nominous

[00:57:45] It would be nice

[00:57:46] if it was though,

[00:57:46] wouldn't it?

[00:57:47] Do you know?

[00:57:49] Yeah,

[00:57:49] who'd come

[00:57:50] last?

[00:57:50] I think,

[00:57:51] I think if you

[00:57:52] ask most people

[00:57:53] this,

[00:57:53] I think they'd say

[00:57:54] Sligo,

[00:57:56] I just have

[00:57:57] huge time for

[00:57:57] John Russell.

[00:57:58] Like I genuinely

[00:57:59] think the man

[00:58:00] is a gifted

[00:58:00] manager and

[00:58:02] he gets so

[00:58:02] much out of,

[00:58:04] he gets so

[00:58:05] much more out

[00:58:06] of players than

[00:58:06] maybe other

[00:58:07] managers can do

[00:58:08] and like he's

[00:58:09] brought in like

[00:58:09] now Cian Kavanagh

[00:58:10] has gone there

[00:58:11] from St.

[00:58:11] Pat's,

[00:58:12] he was at

[00:58:12] Derry,

[00:58:13] he went to

[00:58:13] Pat's,

[00:58:14] he didn't

[00:58:14] really get a

[00:58:14] kick at

[00:58:15] Pat's.

[00:58:15] I could see

[00:58:16] Kavanagh

[00:58:16] getting 12 or

[00:58:17] 15 goals for

[00:58:18] Sligo next

[00:58:18] year just

[00:58:19] because it's

[00:58:19] the kind of

[00:58:19] thing John

[00:58:20] Russell does.

[00:58:21] You mentioned

[00:58:21] Simon Power,

[00:58:22] he did it,

[00:58:23] he took

[00:58:23] Simon Power out

[00:58:24] of the

[00:58:24] Sharma

[00:58:24] Rovers last

[00:58:25] year when

[00:58:26] he couldn't

[00:58:26] get near the

[00:58:27] Rovers team,

[00:58:27] took him down

[00:58:28] to St.

[00:58:28] I go for

[00:58:28] a year,

[00:58:29] he was

[00:58:29] brilliant,

[00:58:30] absolutely

[00:58:30] fantastic and

[00:58:32] now he's

[00:58:32] gone off

[00:58:32] the same

[00:58:33] paths,

[00:58:33] you know,

[00:58:34] so I

[00:58:35] agree with

[00:58:36] Scotty,

[00:58:36] I think

[00:58:36] Waterford are

[00:58:37] the ones

[00:58:37] that have

[00:58:38] the most

[00:58:38] question marks

[00:58:39] about them

[00:58:39] at the

[00:58:40] moment.

[00:58:41] They've

[00:58:41] lost a lot

[00:58:42] of players,

[00:58:42] obviously

[00:58:43] they had

[00:58:44] players in

[00:58:44] on loan

[00:58:45] and they

[00:58:45] had players

[00:58:45] from Fleetwood

[00:58:46] etc,

[00:58:46] etc.

[00:58:48] Barry

[00:58:48] Bagley,

[00:58:49] I mean

[00:58:49] they went

[00:58:50] to Ape

[00:58:50] shit,

[00:58:51] you know,

[00:58:51] he's from

[00:58:52] Fleetwood,

[00:58:53] he's there

[00:58:53] on loan

[00:58:53] for two

[00:58:54] years,

[00:58:54] he was

[00:58:55] excellent

[00:58:55] against us

[00:58:56] the night

[00:58:56] they relegated

[00:58:57] us,

[00:58:58] missing a lot

[00:58:59] of last

[00:58:59] season through

[00:59:00] injury,

[00:59:01] has to be

[00:59:01] said,

[00:59:03] and then

[00:59:03] Fleetwood

[00:59:04] would sell

[00:59:04] him to

[00:59:04] St.

[00:59:04] Pats,

[00:59:05] which is

[00:59:05] fantastic,

[00:59:07] you know,

[00:59:08] Fleetwood

[00:59:08] own

[00:59:08] Waterford,

[00:59:09] they don't

[00:59:09] send him

[00:59:10] back to

[00:59:10] Waterford,

[00:59:10] they send

[00:59:11] him off

[00:59:11] to St.

[00:59:11] Pats,

[00:59:12] you know,

[00:59:13] so,

[00:59:14] look,

[00:59:15] yeah,

[00:59:15] I think

[00:59:16] Waterford

[00:59:16] have the

[00:59:16] most work

[00:59:17] to do,

[00:59:18] along with

[00:59:18] ourselves.

[00:59:19] We need

[00:59:19] to look up

[00:59:20] for Simon

[00:59:20] Power,

[00:59:20] because he's

[00:59:21] on Instagram,

[00:59:21] he's got no

[00:59:22] followers,

[00:59:22] he follows 16

[00:59:23] people,

[00:59:24] and they're

[00:59:24] all like

[00:59:25] Premier League,

[00:59:26] Amy Huberman,

[00:59:27] Molly May,

[00:59:27] Maura Higgins,

[00:59:28] Cristiano Ronaldo,

[00:59:29] they're the ones

[00:59:29] that you add

[00:59:30] when you join,

[00:59:32] okay,

[00:59:32] this is someone

[00:59:33] in the long

[00:59:34] grass,

[00:59:35] let's watch

[00:59:35] out for Simon

[00:59:36] Power.

[00:59:37] Sniper in the

[00:59:38] long grass,

[00:59:39] the Rebel

[00:59:39] Academy on

[00:59:40] Twitter says,

[00:59:41] not a question,

[00:59:42] but surely

[00:59:42] we're destined

[00:59:43] for relegation,

[00:59:44] question mark,

[00:59:45] how many more

[00:59:45] lies are our

[00:59:46] fan base gonna

[00:59:47] take from

[00:59:48] that absolute

[00:59:49] clone in

[00:59:50] he hasn't

[00:59:50] a clue what

[00:59:51] he's at,

[00:59:52] all our

[00:59:52] signings are

[00:59:53] awful,

[00:59:53] and let go

[00:59:54] players who

[00:59:55] shouldn't have

[00:59:56] been released.

[00:59:58] Well,

[00:59:59] there is a

[00:59:59] question,

[01:00:00] surely we're

[01:00:00] destined for

[01:00:01] relegation.

[01:00:02] At the

[01:00:02] moment,

[01:00:03] Dickie,

[01:00:04] we're definitely

[01:00:05] in the

[01:00:05] relegation battle,

[01:00:06] there's no

[01:00:06] question about

[01:00:06] that.

[01:00:07] Can I just

[01:00:08] say that in

[01:00:08] no way does

[01:00:09] Totap endorse

[01:00:10] or agree with

[01:00:11] the sentiments

[01:00:12] of that tweet,

[01:00:13] we just

[01:00:14] merely read it

[01:00:15] out word for

[01:00:15] word as it

[01:00:16] was sent to

[01:00:16] us.

[01:00:21] I still

[01:00:22] think if you

[01:00:22] keep

[01:00:23] Maguire

[01:00:23] fit,

[01:00:25] you have a

[01:00:26] chance.

[01:00:28] Because he'd

[01:00:28] get you 15

[01:00:29] goals,

[01:00:29] he'd get you

[01:00:30] 20 goals,

[01:00:30] you know,

[01:00:32] but you have

[01:00:32] to keep him

[01:00:33] fit.

[01:00:33] But there's

[01:00:33] no way you

[01:00:34] should be in

[01:00:34] a situation

[01:00:35] whereby your

[01:00:36] whole season

[01:00:37] gets decided

[01:00:38] by whether you

[01:00:38] can keep one

[01:00:39] player fit or

[01:00:39] not.

[01:00:40] You know,

[01:00:41] and that's

[01:00:41] the crux of

[01:00:42] the issue

[01:00:42] that we're

[01:00:43] going to have

[01:00:43] all season.

[01:00:45] It does

[01:00:46] not look like

[01:00:46] we're going

[01:00:47] to have a

[01:00:47] squad.

[01:00:49] You're then

[01:00:49] hoping that

[01:00:50] Waterford are

[01:00:51] worse than

[01:00:51] you or

[01:00:52] Sligo are

[01:00:53] worse than

[01:00:53] you or

[01:00:53] their boat

[01:00:54] worse than

[01:00:54] you.

[01:00:55] Again,

[01:00:56] let's see what

[01:00:57] January brings.

[01:00:58] We're undoubtedly

[01:00:59] going to bring

[01:00:59] in players.

[01:01:01] Maybe they

[01:01:01] are unbelievable

[01:01:04] quality.

[01:01:05] Maybe they

[01:01:05] have a level

[01:01:06] that surprises

[01:01:09] us all and

[01:01:10] hopefully they

[01:01:10] take us to

[01:01:11] mid-table.

[01:01:12] But yeah,

[01:01:14] the problem

[01:01:14] is making

[01:01:15] all these

[01:01:15] predictions

[01:01:15] is we

[01:01:16] don't know.

[01:01:19] And coming

[01:01:19] up to

[01:01:20] February the

[01:01:20] 14th,

[01:01:21] which is

[01:01:21] Valentine's

[01:01:22] night,

[01:01:22] the night

[01:01:22] the season

[01:01:22] kicks off,

[01:01:24] none of us

[01:01:24] will know

[01:01:24] because we

[01:01:25] might have

[01:01:25] seen these

[01:01:26] players play

[01:01:26] in three or

[01:01:27] four pre-season

[01:01:27] games if we're

[01:01:28] lucky,

[01:01:29] but you

[01:01:29] won't know

[01:01:30] until then.

[01:01:30] Johnny

[01:01:30] Coffey is

[01:01:31] going to

[01:01:31] come down

[01:01:32] and he's

[01:01:32] going to do

[01:01:32] what Johnny

[01:01:33] Coffey

[01:01:33] does.

[01:01:34] He's

[01:01:34] going to have

[01:01:34] his plan.

[01:01:35] His players

[01:01:35] are going to

[01:01:36] be up for

[01:01:36] it.

[01:01:36] By the way,

[01:01:37] that Galway

[01:01:38] jersey,

[01:01:38] the away

[01:01:38] jersey that

[01:01:39] I presume

[01:01:39] Galway will

[01:01:40] wear that

[01:01:40] night.

[01:01:42] I'm not a

[01:01:42] jersey guy,

[01:01:43] but that

[01:01:43] jersey is

[01:01:44] right at

[01:01:45] the top of

[01:01:45] the best

[01:01:45] jerseys I've

[01:01:46] seen in the

[01:01:47] last 20

[01:01:47] years.

[01:01:48] It's an

[01:01:49] unbelievable

[01:01:49] fair play

[01:01:51] to him.

[01:01:53] John's going

[01:01:54] to make it

[01:01:54] extremely,

[01:01:55] extremely

[01:01:55] difficult for

[01:01:56] us,

[01:01:56] but we

[01:01:57] have to

[01:01:58] start well

[01:01:58] then.

[01:02:00] The fixtures

[01:02:01] have been

[01:02:01] kind to us

[01:02:02] early.

[01:02:02] Home to

[01:02:03] Galway,

[01:02:03] away to

[01:02:04] Shamrock

[01:02:04] Rovers,

[01:02:06] second game

[01:02:06] of the season.

[01:02:07] They're in

[01:02:08] Europe that

[01:02:08] week.

[01:02:10] Traditionally,

[01:02:10] the last

[01:02:10] two or four

[01:02:11] years,

[01:02:11] they've been

[01:02:11] slow

[01:02:12] starters

[01:02:12] anyway.

[01:02:15] Surely

[01:02:16] their eye

[01:02:16] is on

[01:02:16] Europe,

[01:02:17] the mull

[01:02:17] of the

[01:02:17] ties.

[01:02:18] We have

[01:02:18] a chance

[01:02:19] going up

[01:02:19] there,

[01:02:19] but we

[01:02:20] have five

[01:02:21] relatively

[01:02:22] decent

[01:02:22] opening

[01:02:23] fixtures.

[01:02:23] You have

[01:02:24] to take

[01:02:24] 10 points

[01:02:25] from 15

[01:02:25] and set

[01:02:26] yourself

[01:02:26] up.

[01:02:28] If you

[01:02:29] look last

[01:02:30] year at

[01:02:30] Waterford

[01:02:31] season and

[01:02:32] Drogheda

[01:02:32] season,

[01:02:34] Waterford

[01:02:34] started

[01:02:35] brilliantly,

[01:02:36] exceptionally

[01:02:36] well.

[01:02:37] Second

[01:02:38] half of

[01:02:38] the season

[01:02:38] basically

[01:02:39] had relegation

[01:02:40] form.

[01:02:41] Nobody

[01:02:41] talks about

[01:02:42] it.

[01:02:42] Everybody

[01:02:42] says,

[01:02:43] oh,

[01:02:43] Waterford

[01:02:43] had a

[01:02:43] great

[01:02:44] season.

[01:02:44] They

[01:02:44] came up

[01:02:45] out of

[01:02:45] the

[01:02:45] first

[01:02:45] division

[01:02:45] to

[01:02:46] finish

[01:02:46] sixth

[01:02:46] or

[01:02:46] whatever.

[01:02:47] They

[01:02:47] finished

[01:02:47] seventh

[01:02:47] in the

[01:02:47] end.

[01:02:48] It was

[01:02:48] a great

[01:02:49] season,

[01:02:49] fantastic.

[01:02:51] Drogheda

[01:02:51] won the

[01:02:51] cup,

[01:02:52] but they

[01:02:53] were never

[01:02:54] out of the

[01:02:54] bottom to

[01:02:55] all season

[01:02:55] because they

[01:02:56] started so

[01:02:57] poorly.

[01:02:57] Then they

[01:02:58] had a

[01:02:58] brilliant

[01:02:59] summer

[01:02:59] transfer

[01:02:59] window

[01:03:00] where they

[01:03:00] brought in

[01:03:00] Douglas

[01:03:01] James

[01:03:01] Taylor,

[01:03:02] they brought

[01:03:02] in Shane

[01:03:03] what's

[01:03:03] his name,

[01:03:05] breakfast

[01:03:06] rolling

[01:03:07] man from

[01:03:08] Shelburne,

[01:03:10] and they

[01:03:11] added a

[01:03:11] couple

[01:03:12] more.

[01:03:15] They

[01:03:15] finished

[01:03:16] the season

[01:03:16] almost on

[01:03:18] European

[01:03:19] pace,

[01:03:20] but they

[01:03:21] never got

[01:03:21] themselves

[01:03:21] out of

[01:03:22] the bottom

[01:03:22] too,

[01:03:22] so they're

[01:03:23] always

[01:03:23] playing

[01:03:23] under

[01:03:24] pressure.

[01:03:24] The simple

[01:03:25] point I'm

[01:03:25] making is

[01:03:26] we have

[01:03:26] to start

[01:03:27] well.

[01:03:27] If you

[01:03:28] start

[01:03:28] well,

[01:03:29] you give

[01:03:29] yourself

[01:03:29] that

[01:03:29] comfort,

[01:03:30] you give

[01:03:31] yourself

[01:03:31] that

[01:03:31] ability

[01:03:32] to have

[01:03:33] low points

[01:03:34] and not

[01:03:35] winning

[01:03:35] four or

[01:03:36] five games

[01:03:36] and it

[01:03:37] doesn't

[01:03:37] matter

[01:03:37] because

[01:03:38] you've

[01:03:38] given

[01:03:38] yourself

[01:03:39] that

[01:03:41] gap

[01:03:41] from the

[01:03:42] bottom

[01:03:43] clubs,

[01:03:43] whereas

[01:03:44] Drogheda,

[01:03:44] as I said,

[01:03:44] finished

[01:03:45] the season,

[01:03:46] second half

[01:03:46] of the

[01:03:46] season on

[01:03:47] European

[01:03:47] form,

[01:03:48] won the

[01:03:48] cup,

[01:03:49] but they

[01:03:49] were never

[01:03:50] out of

[01:03:50] the bottom

[01:03:50] two and

[01:03:51] they still

[01:03:51] had to

[01:03:52] go win

[01:03:52] the

[01:03:52] playoff

[01:03:52] game

[01:03:53] then.

[01:03:56] Twist

[01:03:57] those

[01:03:57] seasons

[01:03:57] around.

[01:03:58] Waterford

[01:03:59] everybody

[01:03:59] said,

[01:03:59] great

[01:03:59] season.

[01:04:00] Their

[01:04:00] second

[01:04:01] half of

[01:04:01] the

[01:04:01] season

[01:04:01] was

[01:04:01] abysmal.

[01:04:02] Drogheda,

[01:04:05] they were

[01:04:05] all right,

[01:04:06] they won the

[01:04:06] cup,

[01:04:07] great season,

[01:04:07] but they

[01:04:07] still had to

[01:04:08] play the

[01:04:08] playoff game.

[01:04:10] You have

[01:04:11] to start,

[01:04:11] we have to

[01:04:12] start well.

[01:04:13] If we don't

[01:04:13] start well,

[01:04:14] it's enough,

[01:04:14] he'll struggle

[01:04:15] the whole way

[01:04:15] then.

[01:04:16] I'll ask you

[01:04:17] closer to

[01:04:17] the time in

[01:04:18] six weeks,

[01:04:19] we'll tell

[01:04:19] a lot.

[01:04:21] As of

[01:04:21] now,

[01:04:22] how many

[01:04:22] points do

[01:04:23] you think

[01:04:23] we take

[01:04:23] from 15?

[01:04:26] The

[01:04:26] opening five

[01:04:27] games,

[01:04:27] how many

[01:04:27] points are

[01:04:28] the

[01:04:28] opening five

[01:04:28] games?

[01:04:29] We have

[01:04:29] to take

[01:04:29] 10.

[01:04:30] We have

[01:04:30] to take

[01:04:31] 10.

[01:04:32] We have

[01:04:32] to.

[01:04:34] Wayne,

[01:04:35] you're on

[01:04:35] your

[01:04:35] camera there

[01:04:36] saying

[01:04:36] seven?

[01:04:37] Seven,

[01:04:37] yeah.

[01:04:38] You think

[01:04:39] we will

[01:04:39] or do

[01:04:39] you think

[01:04:39] it's

[01:04:40] the

[01:04:45] seven?

[01:04:48] Maybe

[01:04:48] five.

[01:04:51] Five is a

[01:04:52] bit more

[01:04:52] realistic in

[01:04:53] my mind

[01:04:53] unfortunately

[01:04:54] at the

[01:04:54] moment.

[01:04:55] If we

[01:04:57] only take

[01:04:57] five points

[01:04:58] from the

[01:04:58] first five

[01:04:58] games,

[01:05:00] it's an

[01:05:00] uphill.

[01:05:01] It's not

[01:05:02] just uphill,

[01:05:02] it's up the

[01:05:03] side of a

[01:05:03] mountain for

[01:05:04] the rest of

[01:05:04] the season.

[01:05:05] We'll know

[01:05:06] more in

[01:05:06] six weeks

[01:05:07] but right

[01:05:07] now we

[01:05:08] have to

[01:05:08] six.

[01:05:10] Six?

[01:05:11] Jesus.

[01:05:12] The last

[01:05:13] question here

[01:05:14] lads.

[01:05:15] The

[01:05:15] Mallow

[01:05:15] and

[01:05:15] train

[01:05:16] station

[01:05:16] employee

[01:05:17] of the

[01:05:17] month

[01:05:17] says

[01:05:18] are we

[01:05:19] already

[01:05:19] doomed

[01:05:19] to a

[01:05:20] repeat

[01:05:21] of

[01:05:21] 2023?

[01:05:22] That's

[01:05:23] definitely

[01:05:23] Kian

[01:05:23] Colman.

[01:05:24] That's

[01:05:24] definitely

[01:05:24] more

[01:05:25] Kian

[01:05:25] Colman.

[01:05:26] There's

[01:05:27] a name

[01:05:28] I actually

[01:05:28] clicked on

[01:05:29] it today.

[01:05:29] Can I

[01:05:30] just say

[01:05:30] I love

[01:05:30] that.

[01:05:31] I love

[01:05:31] when people

[01:05:31] do that.

[01:05:32] Obviously

[01:05:33] that comes

[01:05:33] from my

[01:05:34] story about

[01:05:35] my morning

[01:05:35] in Mallow

[01:05:36] train

[01:05:36] station.

[01:05:37] The fact

[01:05:37] somebody's

[01:05:38] changed

[01:05:38] their name

[01:05:38] on

[01:05:39] Twitter

[01:05:39] to

[01:05:39] that.

[01:05:40] I

[01:05:40] think

[01:05:40] that's

[01:05:40] fantastic.

[01:05:42] The

[01:05:43] indications

[01:05:43] are that

[01:05:44] we are

[01:05:45] heading in

[01:05:45] that

[01:05:45] direction.

[01:05:46] To be

[01:05:47] fair.

[01:05:47] Hopefully

[01:05:48] that

[01:05:48] changes.

[01:05:49] We bring

[01:05:49] in six

[01:05:50] seven

[01:05:51] players

[01:05:51] between

[01:05:52] now and

[01:05:52] the start

[01:05:52] of the

[01:05:53] season.

[01:05:54] Fantastic

[01:05:54] preseason.

[01:05:56] These guys

[01:05:56] we bring

[01:05:57] in are

[01:05:57] unbelievably

[01:05:58] good quality

[01:05:59] young players.

[01:06:01] everybody

[01:06:02] says

[01:06:02] to

[01:06:02] top

[01:06:03] losing

[01:06:03] their

[01:06:03] shit

[01:06:03] there

[01:06:04] on

[01:06:04] New

[01:06:04] Year's

[01:06:04] Day

[01:06:04] about

[01:06:04] nothing.

[01:06:06] Hopefully

[01:06:07] that's

[01:06:07] what we

[01:06:07] all

[01:06:08] want

[01:06:08] to

[01:06:08] see.

[01:06:08] That's

[01:06:09] what

[01:06:09] everybody

[01:06:10] wants

[01:06:10] to

[01:06:10] see.

[01:06:11] It's

[01:06:11] hard to

[01:06:12] believe

[01:06:12] that

[01:06:32] you

[01:06:32] hope you

[01:06:32] have

[01:06:33] to

[01:06:35] finish

[01:06:35] six.

[01:06:40] Where

[01:06:40] do you

[01:06:40] think we

[01:06:40] finish?

[01:06:44] Ninth.

[01:06:47] Jackie?

[01:06:49] Yeah,

[01:06:50] I genuinely

[01:06:51] agree with

[01:06:51] the two of

[01:06:52] them.

[01:06:52] I think

[01:06:53] there's a

[01:06:54] chance we

[01:06:54] could

[01:06:56] finish

[01:06:57] bottom

[01:06:57] at the

[01:06:58] moment.

[01:07:00] We could.

[01:07:01] The

[01:07:02] bottom

[01:07:02] of the

[01:07:02] league

[01:07:03] is better

[01:07:03] than the

[01:07:04] last time

[01:07:04] we were

[01:07:04] in it.

[01:07:05] You've

[01:07:05] got to

[01:07:05] remember

[01:07:05] the last

[01:07:05] time we

[01:07:06] were never

[01:07:06] finishing

[01:07:06] bottom

[01:07:07] because

[01:07:07] UCD

[01:07:08] were there.

[01:07:10] You have

[01:07:11] ourselves,

[01:07:12] Waterford,

[01:07:13] Sligo.

[01:07:15] I think

[01:07:16] that's the

[01:07:16] tree that

[01:07:17] most people

[01:07:17] will be

[01:07:17] looking at

[01:07:18] at the

[01:07:19] moment as

[01:07:20] to who's

[01:07:20] going to

[01:07:20] finish

[01:07:20] bottom.

[01:07:21] There's

[01:07:21] always a

[01:07:21] surprise.

[01:07:25] I

[01:07:25] just don't

[01:07:26] see

[01:07:26] Galway

[01:07:27] getting

[01:07:28] too

[01:07:30] difficult

[01:07:30] to play

[01:07:31] against.

[01:07:32] I

[01:07:32] think

[01:07:32] they'll

[01:07:33] be

[01:07:33] fine.

[01:07:34] I

[01:07:34] think

[01:07:34] Galway

[01:07:34] finished

[01:07:35] sixth

[01:07:35] or

[01:07:35] seventh.

[01:07:35] I

[01:07:35] don't

[01:07:36] think

[01:07:36] they'll

[01:07:36] do

[01:07:36] any

[01:07:36] better

[01:07:36] than

[01:07:37] that.

[01:07:40] If

[01:07:40] we're

[01:07:41] second

[01:07:41] bottom

[01:07:42] by

[01:07:43] July,

[01:07:43] which

[01:07:43] I

[01:07:43] think

[01:07:43] is

[01:07:43] two

[01:07:44] thirds

[01:07:44] of

[01:07:44] the

[01:07:44] season,

[01:07:45] is

[01:07:45] that

[01:07:45] correct?

[01:07:46] Will

[01:07:47] Tim

[01:07:47] Clancy

[01:07:47] be

[01:07:47] in

[01:07:47] the

[01:07:47] job?

[01:07:52] I

[01:07:53] hope

[01:07:53] he

[01:07:53] will.

[01:07:55] I

[01:07:56] think

[01:07:56] Tim's

[01:07:56] in a

[01:07:57] great

[01:07:57] spot.

[01:07:58] I

[01:07:58] genuinely

[01:07:59] think

[01:07:59] he's

[01:07:59] in

[01:08:09] would

[01:08:09] carry

[01:08:09] the

[01:08:09] blame

[01:08:10] from

[01:08:10] anybody.

[01:08:12] Genuinely,

[01:08:12] which puts

[01:08:13] him in

[01:08:13] a great

[01:08:13] spot.

[01:08:14] He

[01:08:14] gets

[01:08:15] our

[01:08:15] support

[01:08:15] too.

[01:08:16] We

[01:08:16] have

[01:08:17] a few

[01:08:17] on

[01:08:17] the

[01:08:17] Instagram

[01:08:18] who

[01:08:18] rattled

[01:08:18] these

[01:08:18] way

[01:08:19] off.

[01:08:19] Would

[01:08:20] you

[01:08:20] rather

[01:08:20] thin

[01:08:20] squad

[01:08:21] of

[01:08:21] premier

[01:08:21] division

[01:08:22] players

[01:08:22] or

[01:08:22] lighter

[01:08:23] squad

[01:08:23] of

[01:08:24] first

[01:08:24] division

[01:08:24] players?

[01:08:25] Premier

[01:08:26] division

[01:08:26] players,

[01:08:27] of

[01:08:27] course.

[01:08:30] He

[01:08:31] probably

[01:08:31] needs

[01:08:31] a

[01:08:31] bigger

[01:08:31] squad

[01:08:32] of

[01:08:32] first

[01:08:33] division.

[01:08:33] Yeah.

[01:08:34] Yeah.

[01:08:34] I think

[01:08:35] he

[01:08:35] needs

[01:08:35] to

[01:08:35] do

[01:08:35] it.

[01:08:35] Premier

[01:08:35] division

[01:08:36] players.

[01:08:36] Yeah,

[01:08:37] they're

[01:08:37] first division

[01:08:38] players for

[01:08:38] a reason.

[01:08:41] Darwill

[01:08:41] says,

[01:08:41] will the

[01:08:42] squad be

[01:08:42] weaker to

[01:08:42] start the

[01:08:43] coming season

[01:08:43] than when

[01:08:44] it started

[01:08:44] the last

[01:08:46] season?

[01:08:48] Can't tell.

[01:08:49] Can't tell.

[01:08:50] Not yet.

[01:08:51] That's when we

[01:08:51] come back to

[01:08:52] in six weeks

[01:08:52] time.

[01:08:53] I think

[01:08:53] that's when

[01:08:53] we come

[01:08:53] back to

[01:08:54] in six

[01:08:54] weeks

[01:08:54] time.

[01:08:56] How will

[01:08:56] Cove

[01:08:57] do next

[01:08:57] season and

[01:08:58] is

[01:08:58] jacking

[01:08:58] off

[01:08:58] returning?

[01:09:00] Champions.

[01:09:02] Like

[01:09:02] the lads

[01:09:03] they're putting

[01:09:04] together are

[01:09:04] a very,

[01:09:05] very good

[01:09:05] squad.

[01:09:06] Like even

[01:09:06] the lads

[01:09:07] they brought

[01:09:07] in from

[01:09:07] Waterford

[01:09:08] there now.

[01:09:09] What's his

[01:09:10] name?

[01:09:10] Niall

[01:09:11] O'Regan,

[01:09:12] isn't it?

[01:09:13] They're going

[01:09:13] to have the

[01:09:13] two Shane

[01:09:14] Griffins.

[01:09:16] They're

[01:09:16] probably

[01:09:17] adding

[01:09:17] Jonas.

[01:09:18] They may

[01:09:18] add

[01:09:18] Cian

[01:09:19] Coleman.

[01:09:21] They've

[01:09:22] added

[01:09:22] Bagsey.

[01:09:23] I think

[01:09:23] they might

[01:09:24] be short

[01:09:25] up front

[01:09:25] and I

[01:09:26] know

[01:09:26] people are

[01:09:26] going to

[01:09:27] jump to

[01:09:27] conclusions

[01:09:28] when I

[01:09:28] say that.

[01:09:29] But I

[01:09:29] think if

[01:09:30] they could

[01:09:30] find a

[01:09:31] genuine

[01:09:31] goal

[01:09:31] scorer

[01:09:32] from

[01:09:32] somewhere

[01:09:32] up front,

[01:09:34] they'd be

[01:09:34] in a

[01:09:35] great

[01:09:35] spot.

[01:09:36] They genuinely

[01:09:37] would be.

[01:09:38] Is

[01:09:38] Jack

[01:09:38] and

[01:09:38] off

[01:09:39] coming

[01:09:39] back?

[01:09:40] I don't

[01:09:41] know.

[01:09:41] I think

[01:09:42] obviously

[01:09:43] we'll be

[01:09:43] keeping an

[01:09:44] eye on

[01:09:44] Cove

[01:09:44] and we'll

[01:09:45] do our

[01:09:45] Cove

[01:09:46] section

[01:09:46] every

[01:09:46] week.

[01:09:47] I think

[01:09:47] Scott,

[01:09:48] I don't

[01:09:48] know how

[01:09:48] you see it

[01:09:49] because we

[01:09:49] haven't

[01:09:49] spoken

[01:09:49] about it.

[01:09:50] But I

[01:09:50] think

[01:09:52] you can

[01:09:53] do

[01:09:54] something

[01:09:54] to death

[01:09:54] as well.

[01:09:55] It might

[01:09:55] be time

[01:09:56] to come

[01:09:56] up

[01:09:56] with

[01:09:56] something

[01:09:56] else.

[01:09:57] There's

[01:09:57] lots of

[01:10:00] stuff.

[01:10:02] Johnny

[01:10:03] Corkboy

[01:10:03] says,

[01:10:04] opinions

[01:10:04] on

[01:10:05] buses

[01:10:05] for

[01:10:05] away

[01:10:05] games.

[01:10:06] Big

[01:10:06] demand

[01:10:07] this

[01:10:07] season

[01:10:07] from

[01:10:08] club

[01:10:09] or

[01:10:09] supporters.

[01:10:10] I presume

[01:10:11] he means

[01:10:11] they're the

[01:10:11] club running

[01:10:12] or will it

[01:10:13] be supporters

[01:10:13] buses.

[01:10:14] It'd

[01:10:14] probably

[01:10:15] be supporters

[01:10:15] buses but

[01:10:16] they have

[01:10:16] that city

[01:10:17] link.

[01:10:17] It should

[01:10:17] always be

[01:10:17] supporters.

[01:10:19] Club

[01:10:20] or

[01:10:20] Dermarussia

[01:10:20] arena

[01:10:21] or whoever

[01:10:21] shouldn't

[01:10:22] be left

[01:10:22] doing that.

[01:10:24] It's the

[01:10:25] same for

[01:10:25] the last

[01:10:25] 30 years,

[01:10:26] 40 years.

[01:10:28] Do it

[01:10:29] yourselves.

[01:10:31] Will there

[01:10:32] be big

[01:10:32] support

[01:10:32] on them?

[01:10:33] It's

[01:10:33] probably

[01:10:33] only going

[01:10:33] to be

[01:10:33] big

[01:10:34] support

[01:10:34] if we're

[01:10:34] doing

[01:10:35] well.

[01:10:35] I'd

[01:10:35] imagine

[01:10:36] not

[01:10:36] if we're

[01:10:37] not

[01:10:37] doing

[01:10:37] well.

[01:10:38] That's

[01:10:38] about

[01:10:38] it.

[01:10:39] I love

[01:10:40] the city

[01:10:41] link

[01:10:41] thing.

[01:10:41] Again,

[01:10:42] it's a

[01:10:42] good

[01:10:43] link

[01:10:43] up.

[01:10:48] I

[01:11:01] look,

[01:11:02] everything

[01:11:02] helps.

[01:11:03] Everything

[01:11:03] helps.

[01:11:04] The city

[01:11:04] link up

[01:11:06] helps.

[01:11:07] I'm just

[01:11:08] not sure

[01:11:08] it's much

[01:11:09] of a

[01:11:09] game

[01:11:09] changer

[01:11:09] to be

[01:11:10] honest.

[01:11:11] Sean O'Donnell,

[01:11:11] who do you

[01:11:12] want us

[01:11:12] to play

[01:11:12] in Europe

[01:11:13] next year?

[01:11:16] Rangers.

[01:11:17] The

[01:11:17] Derry

[01:11:18] deck you

[01:11:18] wasn't

[01:11:18] it?

[01:11:18] You said

[01:11:19] a few

[01:11:19] weeks

[01:11:19] back.

[01:11:20] Derry,

[01:11:21] yeah.

[01:11:21] Dillon

[01:11:21] says,

[01:11:22] do you

[01:11:23] think

[01:11:23] we're

[01:11:23] relegation

[01:11:23] bound?

[01:11:24] All

[01:11:24] already

[01:11:25] got

[01:11:25] there.

[01:11:26] Ben

[01:11:26] Davis,

[01:11:27] would you

[01:11:27] want to

[01:11:27] see

[01:11:27] Cole go

[01:11:28] up?

[01:11:28] I

[01:11:52] have

[01:11:52] this

[01:11:53] thing

[01:11:53] in my

[01:11:53] head

[01:11:53] about

[01:11:54] Richie

[01:11:54] Holland

[01:11:55] being

[01:11:55] Dutch.

[01:11:56] I

[01:11:56] remember

[01:11:57] the

[01:11:57] whole

[01:12:00] oh,

[01:12:00] what

[01:12:00] was

[01:12:01] your

[01:12:01] man?

[01:12:03] Boston?

[01:12:04] No,

[01:12:05] the

[01:12:08] what's

[01:12:09] it

[01:12:09] called?

[01:12:09] thing

[01:12:09] on,

[01:12:10] I

[01:12:10] think

[01:12:11] it's

[01:12:11] still

[01:12:11] on,

[01:12:11] but

[01:12:12] 15

[01:12:12] years

[01:12:13] ago,

[01:12:13] it used

[01:12:13] to be

[01:12:13] on

[01:12:13] Ian

[01:12:13] Dempsey

[01:12:14] in the

[01:12:14] morning,

[01:12:14] he used

[01:12:14] to do

[01:12:14] Radio

[01:12:15] Roy and

[01:12:15] all that

[01:12:15] stuff.

[01:12:17] Mary

[01:12:17] Rosenstock.

[01:12:18] Yeah,

[01:12:18] Rosenstock

[01:12:19] used

[01:12:19] to do

[01:12:19] it.

[01:12:19] But

[01:12:19] what

[01:12:20] was

[01:12:20] that

[01:12:20] called

[01:12:20] Gifgrub?

[01:12:22] Remember

[01:12:22] the

[01:12:23] Japsdam

[01:12:23] character

[01:12:24] on

[01:12:24] Gifgrub

[01:12:25] about

[01:12:25] 15

[01:12:25] years

[01:12:26] ago?

[01:12:27] The

[01:12:27] Dutch

[01:12:28] guy,

[01:12:28] you know?

[01:12:28] I was

[01:12:29] thinking

[01:12:29] something

[01:12:29] like that,

[01:12:30] like

[01:12:30] our

[01:12:31] Dutch

[01:12:31] man

[01:12:31] in

[01:12:32] Cove,

[01:12:32] you know?

[01:12:33] It

[01:12:33] does not

[01:12:34] go well

[01:12:34] in my

[01:12:34] brain,

[01:12:35] you know?

[01:12:36] All this

[01:12:36] stuff.

[01:12:37] When he

[01:12:38] was out

[01:12:39] looking for

[01:12:39] his dog.

[01:12:39] We

[01:12:40] love

[01:12:40] Richie.

[01:12:40] Leave

[01:12:40] Richie

[01:12:41] alone.

[01:12:41] Absolutely,

[01:12:42] of course.

[01:12:43] Is that

[01:12:43] who you're

[01:12:43] targeting

[01:12:43] next

[01:12:44] year?

[01:12:46] Who

[01:12:46] are you

[01:12:48] targeting

[01:12:48] this

[01:12:48] year?

[01:12:49] Some

[01:12:49] kind

[01:12:49] of

[01:12:49] funny

[01:12:50] entertaining

[01:12:50] shit

[01:12:51] like that.

[01:12:52] You can

[01:12:53] turn to

[01:12:53] Cove

[01:12:54] so that

[01:12:54] we're not

[01:12:54] depressed

[01:12:55] off our

[01:12:55] heads

[01:12:56] in

[01:12:56] bottom

[01:12:56] of the

[01:12:56] premiere

[01:12:57] for 14

[01:12:57] weeks

[01:12:58] running

[01:12:58] like,

[01:12:59] you know?

[01:13:00] While

[01:13:00] Cove

[01:13:01] are 17

[01:13:01] points

[01:13:02] top of

[01:13:02] the

[01:13:02] first

[01:13:02] division.

[01:13:04] It could

[01:13:04] be,

[01:13:05] yeah,

[01:13:06] it could

[01:13:06] be a,

[01:13:07] what do

[01:13:08] they call it?

[01:13:08] A blink

[01:13:08] in the

[01:13:09] matrix?

[01:13:09] Is it?

[01:13:10] you know?

[01:13:11] A glitch

[01:13:11] in the

[01:13:11] matrix.

[01:13:12] A glitch

[01:13:13] in the

[01:13:13] matrix,

[01:13:14] yeah.

[01:13:15] Who

[01:13:15] dick

[01:13:15] you

[01:13:15] rather

[01:13:15] take

[01:13:16] on a

[01:13:16] romantic

[01:13:16] date?

[01:13:17] Charlie,

[01:13:18] Rory,

[01:13:18] or

[01:13:19] Shawnee,

[01:13:19] and

[01:13:20] where

[01:13:20] to?

[01:13:22] What?

[01:13:24] Who'd

[01:13:24] you rather

[01:13:24] take on

[01:13:25] a date?

[01:13:25] Charlie

[01:13:26] Lyons,

[01:13:26] I presume,

[01:13:27] Keating,

[01:13:27] or

[01:13:28] McGuire,

[01:13:28] and where

[01:13:29] would you

[01:13:29] go?

[01:13:30] Ah,

[01:13:30] it's

[01:13:30] easy.

[01:13:31] Who

[01:13:31] sends

[01:13:32] this

[01:13:32] shit

[01:13:32] in?

[01:13:33] I mean,

[01:13:35] Ben

[01:13:35] Davis.

[01:13:39] I'm not

[01:13:39] taking

[01:13:40] anybody

[01:13:40] on a

[01:13:40] romantic

[01:13:41] date.

[01:13:41] They

[01:13:41] wouldn't

[01:13:42] be

[01:13:42] loaded

[01:13:42] anyway.

[01:13:42] The

[01:13:43] club

[01:13:43] wouldn't

[01:13:43] alone

[01:13:43] come

[01:13:43] out with

[01:13:44] me.

[01:13:44] The

[01:13:45] furthest

[01:13:46] we

[01:13:46] could

[01:13:46] go

[01:13:46] would

[01:13:46] be

[01:13:46] the

[01:13:46] foot

[01:13:47] pad

[01:13:47] outside

[01:13:47] Turner's

[01:13:48] Cross.

[01:13:48] And

[01:13:49] there

[01:13:49] we

[01:13:49] could

[01:13:49] only

[01:13:49] have

[01:13:49] a

[01:13:49] chat.

[01:13:51] Can

[01:13:52] you

[01:13:52] promise me

[01:13:52] you're

[01:13:52] going to do

[01:13:53] something on

[01:13:53] the

[01:13:53] foot

[01:13:54] pad

[01:13:54] next

[01:13:54] year?

[01:13:55] Something

[01:13:55] that's

[01:13:56] not

[01:13:56] just

[01:13:56] standing

[01:13:56] there.

[01:13:58] You

[01:13:59] should

[01:13:59] get a

[01:13:59] dinner

[01:13:59] table

[01:14:00] for

[01:14:00] the

[01:14:00] foot

[01:14:00] pad

[01:14:00] and

[01:14:00] invite

[01:14:01] the

[01:14:01] players

[01:14:01] to

[01:14:01] the

[01:14:01] table

[01:14:02] and

[01:14:02] record

[01:14:02] it.

[01:14:02] That's

[01:14:02] you

[01:14:03] should.

[01:14:05] Ah,

[01:14:05] look,

[01:14:05] we'll

[01:14:05] see what

[01:14:06] happens.

[01:14:07] There's

[01:14:08] a

[01:14:08] long

[01:14:08] summer

[01:14:08] there.

[01:14:09] Bright

[01:14:09] summer

[01:14:09] evenings

[01:14:10] outside

[01:14:10] Turner's

[01:14:11] Cross.

[01:14:11] Look,

[01:14:12] who knows

[01:14:12] what could

[01:14:13] happen.

[01:14:14] Look,

[01:14:14] this is

[01:14:15] going on

[01:14:15] a bit,

[01:14:15] so we'll

[01:14:16] start

[01:14:16] really

[01:14:17] wrapping

[01:14:17] up.

[01:14:18] Thomas

[01:14:18] will

[01:14:18] Ronaldo

[01:14:21] be making

[01:14:21] an appearance

[01:14:22] this year?

[01:14:25] Ronaldo!

[01:14:26] Oh,

[01:14:26] that reminds

[01:14:27] me,

[01:14:28] like,

[01:14:28] where are,

[01:14:29] like,

[01:14:29] there's a list

[01:14:29] of missing

[01:14:30] people from

[01:14:31] the club

[01:14:31] that we

[01:14:32] don't know.

[01:14:32] Damien Delaney

[01:14:33] is like,

[01:14:34] when was he

[01:14:35] last heard

[01:14:35] from?

[01:14:36] Like,

[01:14:37] I don't

[01:14:37] know what

[01:14:38] like,

[01:14:38] I guess

[01:14:40] he's missing.

[01:14:41] Dermott

[01:14:41] said on,

[01:14:43] so,

[01:14:44] Dermott

[01:14:44] was introduced

[01:14:45] on another

[01:14:46] podcast over

[01:14:46] Christmas,

[01:14:47] on a Christmas

[01:14:48] special,

[01:14:48] as chairman

[01:14:49] of Cork

[01:14:50] City.

[01:14:51] So I guess

[01:14:51] that means

[01:14:52] the chap

[01:14:53] from Zeus,

[01:14:55] I can't

[01:14:55] remember his

[01:14:56] name,

[01:14:57] is no

[01:14:58] longer

[01:14:58] chairman.

[01:14:59] So,

[01:15:00] he's

[01:15:00] missing.

[01:15:01] I could

[01:15:02] argue

[01:15:03] Danny

[01:15:03] Murphy's

[01:15:03] missing,

[01:15:04] Richie

[01:15:04] Holland's

[01:15:05] missing,

[01:15:05] who else

[01:15:06] is missing?

[01:15:06] Shane

[01:15:06] Long is

[01:15:07] missing,

[01:15:08] like,

[01:15:09] there's a

[01:15:09] whole list

[01:15:10] of missing

[01:15:11] people,

[01:15:11] you know,

[01:15:13] and the

[01:15:14] Ronaldo

[01:15:14] lad now

[01:15:15] was also

[01:15:15] missing,

[01:15:16] like,

[01:15:16] well,

[01:15:16] he was,

[01:15:16] his whole

[01:15:17] thing was

[01:15:17] Damien Delaney,

[01:15:18] like,

[01:15:18] as I said,

[01:15:19] he was,

[01:15:19] like,

[01:15:20] he was the

[01:15:20] first man

[01:15:21] on that

[01:15:21] missing list,

[01:15:22] like,

[01:15:22] so,

[01:15:23] I don't know,

[01:15:24] we might have to do

[01:15:25] something in the new

[01:15:25] year about

[01:15:26] trying to find all

[01:15:27] these people who

[01:15:28] are missing.

[01:15:28] Can you clarify what

[01:15:30] you've been missing

[01:15:30] there,

[01:15:30] Dex,

[01:15:31] just for

[01:15:31] illegal reasons?

[01:15:33] Missing,

[01:15:34] like,

[01:15:34] you know,

[01:15:34] like,

[01:15:34] we don't

[01:15:35] know,

[01:15:35] like,

[01:15:36] they were

[01:15:36] there,

[01:15:36] they were

[01:15:37] part of the

[01:15:37] Cox City

[01:15:37] culture,

[01:15:38] they were

[01:15:38] part of the

[01:15:39] Cox City

[01:15:40] set up,

[01:15:40] the club,

[01:15:41] Damien was

[01:15:41] around,

[01:15:41] now,

[01:15:42] I don't

[01:15:42] know,

[01:15:43] I don't know

[01:15:43] when the

[01:15:43] last time I

[01:15:44] heard of,

[01:15:45] saw of

[01:15:45] Damien Delaney,

[01:15:46] so I'm just

[01:15:46] wondering,

[01:15:47] is he still

[01:15:47] involved,

[01:15:48] is he still

[01:15:49] football

[01:15:49] advisor to

[01:15:50] the owner,

[01:15:53] is this

[01:15:54] gentleman from

[01:15:55] Zeus still

[01:15:56] the chairman,

[01:15:57] or is

[01:15:57] Dormit no

[01:15:58] chairman,

[01:16:00] as well as

[01:16:01] being owner

[01:16:02] and CEO,

[01:16:04] because Ian

[01:16:04] is COO,

[01:16:06] so,

[01:16:07] you know,

[01:16:08] so Mr.

[01:16:09] Zeus may or

[01:16:10] may not still

[01:16:11] be involved,

[01:16:11] Damien may or

[01:16:12] may not still

[01:16:12] be involved.

[01:16:13] Email him.

[01:16:14] So yeah,

[01:16:15] that's kind of

[01:16:16] what I don't

[01:16:16] mean,

[01:16:16] obviously,

[01:16:17] I don't mean

[01:16:17] they're missing,

[01:16:18] like,

[01:16:19] as in,

[01:16:20] nobody's

[01:16:20] involved.

[01:16:21] There's

[01:16:23] going to

[01:16:24] be a

[01:16:24] guard

[01:16:24] alert on

[01:16:25] Cork

[01:16:25] B.O.

[01:16:25] for him

[01:16:26] at some

[01:16:26] stage,

[01:16:26] like,

[01:16:27] you know,

[01:16:27] but it's

[01:16:28] just,

[01:16:28] you know,

[01:16:29] they're,

[01:16:30] like,

[01:16:30] you know,

[01:16:31] are they still

[01:16:31] involved,

[01:16:32] are they still

[01:16:32] around.

[01:16:33] We've lasted

[01:16:34] 90 minutes

[01:16:34] there,

[01:16:35] you know,

[01:16:35] without getting

[01:16:35] sued,

[01:16:35] so come on.

[01:16:38] That's all

[01:16:38] that's left

[01:16:38] to be done.

[01:16:40] Will we

[01:16:40] introduce the

[01:16:41] new segment?

[01:16:42] Is Mick

[01:16:43] McDermott

[01:16:43] under pressure?

[01:16:47] No,

[01:16:48] no,

[01:16:49] we're changing

[01:16:49] it up,

[01:16:50] we're changing

[01:16:50] it up next

[01:16:51] year.

[01:16:52] There's

[01:16:52] going to

[01:16:52] be,

[01:16:53] there's

[01:16:53] going to

[01:16:54] be,

[01:16:54] the only thing

[01:16:55] that's

[01:16:55] staying really

[01:16:55] is probably

[01:16:56] commie watch.

[01:16:58] Our

[01:16:58] Dutchman

[01:16:59] in

[01:16:59] Holland,

[01:16:59] our

[01:16:59] Dutchman

[01:17:00] in

[01:17:00] Cove.

[01:17:01] I think

[01:17:01] there's

[01:17:02] something

[01:17:02] to

[01:17:02] work

[01:17:02] with

[01:17:02] there,

[01:17:03] like,

[01:17:03] you know,

[01:17:04] well,

[01:17:04] I could

[01:17:04] be wrong.

[01:17:06] Do a

[01:17:06] spin-off

[01:17:07] series,

[01:17:07] be grand.

[01:17:08] Right,

[01:17:08] how are we

[01:17:09] helping the

[01:17:10] Patreons,

[01:17:10] or sorry,

[01:17:10] how are we

[01:17:11] not helping

[01:17:11] the Patreons

[01:17:13] this season

[01:17:13] upcoming?

[01:17:15] There'll be

[01:17:15] nothing,

[01:17:18] basically,

[01:17:18] so we

[01:17:19] still need to

[01:17:20] support the pod,

[01:17:20] but we

[01:17:21] obviously

[01:17:21] were going

[01:17:21] to throw

[01:17:21] stuff out

[01:17:22] there,

[01:17:22] but we

[01:17:22] can't

[01:17:22] commit to

[01:17:23] stuff

[01:17:23] because we

[01:17:24] just,

[01:17:24] we lost,

[01:17:25] not to lost

[01:17:25] interest,

[01:17:26] but it was

[01:17:26] just a hard

[01:17:27] season last

[01:17:28] year,

[01:17:28] and we

[01:17:29] want to make

[01:17:29] sure the

[01:17:29] main pod

[01:17:30] is of

[01:17:31] higher

[01:17:32] standard.

[01:17:33] So,

[01:17:34] yeah,

[01:17:35] stay on

[01:17:35] Patreon,

[01:17:36] thanks.

[01:17:37] We will,

[01:17:38] what we

[01:17:38] will do

[01:17:38] definitely

[01:17:39] though,

[01:17:39] is we

[01:17:39] will name

[01:17:40] them out

[01:17:40] and put

[01:17:40] them on

[01:17:41] Twitter

[01:17:42] and we'll

[01:17:42] call them

[01:17:43] out here,

[01:17:43] so if you

[01:17:43] don't want

[01:17:43] to be

[01:17:44] mentioned,

[01:17:44] just tell

[01:17:44] us,

[01:17:44] don't leave,

[01:17:46] just tell

[01:17:47] us,

[01:17:47] look,

[01:17:47] I don't

[01:17:47] want to

[01:17:47] be

[01:17:47] called

[01:17:48] out.

[01:17:48] There are

[01:17:48] certain

[01:17:48] people there

[01:17:49] who probably

[01:17:51] don't want

[01:17:52] to be known

[01:17:52] at their

[01:17:52] Patreons,

[01:17:53] if that

[01:17:53] makes

[01:17:53] sense.

[01:17:56] Yeah,

[01:17:57] I think

[01:17:57] Patreon is

[01:17:57] just

[01:17:57] going to

[01:17:57] be one

[01:17:58] level,

[01:17:58] guys,

[01:17:58] it's

[01:17:59] going to

[01:17:59] be a

[01:17:59] five

[01:17:59] or a

[01:17:59] month,

[01:18:00] if you

[01:18:00] want,

[01:18:00] and

[01:18:00] basically

[01:18:00] it's

[01:18:01] a

[01:18:01] donation

[01:18:02] just

[01:18:02] to keep

[01:18:02] the

[01:18:02] thing

[01:18:02] on

[01:18:03] the

[01:18:03] road.

[01:18:03] It's

[01:18:03] not

[01:18:04] we

[01:18:04] would

[01:18:05] call

[01:18:05] you

[01:18:05] out

[01:18:05] and

[01:18:05] yeah.

[01:18:07] Yeah.

[01:18:08] We could

[01:18:08] also say

[01:18:09] I guess

[01:18:09] Dan

[01:18:09] that we

[01:18:10] are

[01:18:11] planning

[01:18:11] on

[01:18:11] adding

[01:18:12] some

[01:18:12] new

[01:18:12] blood

[01:18:13] to

[01:18:13] the

[01:18:13] lineup.

[01:18:14] We

[01:18:14] have

[01:18:15] spoken

[01:18:15] to

[01:18:15] some

[01:18:15] people.

[01:18:16] Some

[01:18:17] people

[01:18:17] have

[01:18:17] turned

[01:18:17] us

[01:18:18] down.

[01:18:18] Some

[01:18:18] people

[01:18:18] have

[01:18:18] said

[01:18:19] they'll

[01:18:19] think

[01:18:19] about

[01:18:19] it.

[01:18:20] But

[01:18:20] the

[01:18:20] idea

[01:18:20] is

[01:18:20] to

[01:18:22] go to

[01:18:23] five

[01:18:24] from

[01:18:24] three

[01:18:25] and

[01:18:26] then

[01:18:26] just

[01:18:26] have

[01:18:26] any

[01:18:26] three

[01:18:27] on

[01:18:27] any

[01:18:27] given

[01:18:28] Monday

[01:18:29] night

[01:18:29] recording

[01:18:30] the

[01:18:30] pod.

[01:18:30] Having

[01:18:31] Stephen

[01:18:31] Ryan

[01:18:31] on

[01:18:31] board

[01:18:32] is

[01:18:32] a

[01:18:32] big

[01:18:32] move

[01:18:33] for

[01:18:33] me.

[01:18:37] Ah,

[01:18:38] yes.

[01:18:39] Don't

[01:18:39] be

[01:18:39] shit

[01:18:40] story

[01:18:40] no

[01:18:40] time.

[01:18:40] But

[01:18:41] now

[01:18:41] that

[01:18:41] you

[01:18:41] mention

[01:18:42] it

[01:18:42] it's

[01:18:42] not

[01:18:42] a

[01:18:42] thought

[01:18:42] that

[01:18:43] the

[01:18:43] HR

[01:18:43] manager

[01:18:43] had

[01:18:44] previously.

[01:18:45] hmm,

[01:18:47] interesting.

[01:18:50] yeah,

[01:18:51] so we're

[01:18:51] going to

[01:18:51] add a

[01:18:52] couple

[01:18:52] of

[01:18:52] bodies

[01:18:53] and

[01:18:53] then

[01:18:53] it

[01:18:53] will

[01:18:53] just

[01:18:53] be

[01:18:54] three

[01:18:54] of

[01:18:54] five

[01:18:55] on

[01:18:56] any

[01:18:57] given

[01:18:58] Monday

[01:18:58] night.

[01:18:58] So that

[01:18:58] then

[01:18:59] hopefully

[01:18:59] keeps

[01:18:59] everybody

[01:18:59] fresh

[01:19:00] as

[01:19:00] well.

[01:19:01] Maybe

[01:19:02] look at

[01:19:02] doing

[01:19:02] two

[01:19:02] out

[01:19:03] of

[01:19:03] every

[01:19:03] three

[01:19:03] Monday

[01:19:03] nights.

[01:19:04] And

[01:19:05] as I

[01:19:05] said,

[01:19:06] keeps

[01:19:07] people

[01:19:08] rest

[01:19:09] that

[01:19:10] makes

[01:19:10] Francie

[01:19:11] on

[01:19:11] the

[01:19:11] forum

[01:19:11] happy.

[01:19:12] That's

[01:19:12] just

[01:19:13] for

[01:19:13] Francie

[01:19:14] to keep

[01:19:15] them

[01:19:15] happy.

[01:19:16] Look,

[01:19:17] as you

[01:19:17] said,

[01:19:17] we got

[01:19:18] lots of

[01:19:18] feedback

[01:19:19] towards the

[01:19:20] end of

[01:19:20] last

[01:19:20] season.

[01:19:21] We

[01:19:21] acknowledge

[01:19:21] it.

[01:19:22] We take

[01:19:23] responsibility

[01:19:24] for it.

[01:19:25] And we

[01:19:25] just say,

[01:19:26] look,

[01:19:26] we're

[01:19:26] trying to

[01:19:27] ensure

[01:19:28] things are

[01:19:28] better next

[01:19:29] season.

[01:19:30] But

[01:19:32] in our

[01:19:33] own

[01:19:33] defence,

[01:19:33] all I'd

[01:19:34] say is

[01:19:34] come here

[01:19:35] and try

[01:19:36] and make

[01:19:36] content

[01:19:37] out of

[01:19:38] 15,

[01:19:38] 17,

[01:19:39] 20

[01:19:39] points

[01:19:39] clear at

[01:19:40] the top

[01:19:40] of a

[01:19:40] division

[01:19:40] that

[01:19:41] is

[01:19:42] absolutely

[01:19:43] putrid

[01:19:43] and nobody

[01:19:44] gives a

[01:19:44] flying shit

[01:19:45] about it.

[01:19:47] It's not

[01:19:48] easy.

[01:19:49] Adios.

[01:19:50] Adios.

[01:19:52] Can't just

[01:19:53] end it like

[01:19:54] that.

[01:19:55] We

[01:19:55] went for

[01:19:56] it.

[01:19:57] Where are

[01:19:58] we going to

[01:19:58] finish the

[01:19:58] league?

[01:19:59] Final answer,

[01:19:59] where are

[01:19:59] we going to

[01:19:59] finish?

[01:20:02] Ninth.

[01:20:03] No,

[01:20:04] forget that.

[01:20:05] How many

[01:20:05] players are

[01:20:05] we going to

[01:20:06] bring in in

[01:20:06] January?

[01:20:09] How many

[01:20:09] do we have?

[01:20:09] We have

[01:20:10] 1,

[01:20:10] 2,

[01:20:10] 3,

[01:20:11] 4,

[01:20:11] 5,

[01:20:11] 6,

[01:20:12] 7,

[01:20:12] 8,

[01:20:12] 9,

[01:20:13] 10,

[01:20:13] 11,

[01:20:13] 12,

[01:20:13] 13,

[01:20:14] 14,

[01:20:14] 15,

[01:20:14] 16,

[01:20:17] 17.

[01:20:20] We need

[01:20:21] 22 players

[01:20:22] like

[01:20:25] that's

[01:20:26] 23 players.

[01:20:27] four.

[01:20:29] I'm going to

[01:20:29] say two

[01:20:29] centre-backs,

[01:20:30] 20

[01:20:30] players in

[01:20:31] total.

[01:20:33] They'll

[01:20:35] add a

[01:20:35] couple of

[01:20:36] the younger

[01:20:36] guys.

[01:20:36] I think

[01:20:37] five,

[01:20:38] maybe six,

[01:20:39] two centre-backs,

[01:20:40] two centre-midfielders.

[01:20:41] We have to

[01:20:42] bring in a

[01:20:42] striker and

[01:20:43] then there'll

[01:20:44] probably be one

[01:20:44] all-purpose,

[01:20:45] a guy who

[01:20:46] can play

[01:20:46] centre-back

[01:20:47] and play

[01:20:48] centre-midfield

[01:20:48] and maybe

[01:20:49] cover right

[01:20:49] back as

[01:20:50] well.

[01:20:50] One of

[01:20:50] those jack-of-all

[01:20:52] trade types.

[01:20:53] I'm going to

[01:20:53] say five.

[01:20:54] Get you on

[01:20:55] his hacking

[01:20:55] in.

[01:20:57] Please.

[01:21:00] That concludes

[01:21:01] the other

[01:21:02] three amigos

[01:21:02] podcast.

[01:21:03] Season five

[01:21:03] has begun.

[01:21:04] When are we

[01:21:05] coming back?

[01:21:05] I presume we're

[01:21:06] not back next

[01:21:06] week.

[01:21:08] Maybe the

[01:21:09] first week of

[01:21:10] February.

[01:21:12] Season starts

[01:21:12] on the

[01:21:13] 14th.

[01:21:14] We normally

[01:21:15] have one out

[01:21:20] on that

[01:21:21] Monday,

[01:21:22] which would

[01:21:23] be the

[01:21:23] 12th.

[01:21:24] Then we

[01:21:24] would normally

[01:21:25] have one out

[01:21:25] on the

[01:21:25] 5th in

[01:21:26] February.

[01:21:26] We would

[01:21:26] come back

[01:21:27] a week

[01:21:28] before the

[01:21:29] season.

[01:21:30] We'd be

[01:21:31] fitter to

[01:21:31] players with

[01:21:31] the

[01:21:32] news.

[01:21:33] Only

[01:21:35] 5th of

[01:21:36] February.

[01:21:36] I would

[01:21:37] expect.

[01:21:38] We'll

[01:21:38] hear from

[01:21:39] us on

[01:21:40] the

[01:21:40] 5th of

[01:21:41] February.

[01:21:41] But until

[01:21:41] then,

[01:21:42] adios.

[01:21:42] Patrons

[01:21:43] won't be

[01:21:43] charged

[01:21:44] until we

[01:21:45] start

[01:21:45] back.

[01:21:46] So don't

[01:21:47] quit,

[01:21:47] don't leave.

[01:21:50] Please don't

[01:21:50] leave.

[01:21:53] Right,

[01:21:54] okay.

[01:21:54] Adios,

[01:21:55] adios,

[01:21:55] adios.

[01:21:56] Ciao,

[01:21:57] ciao,

[01:21:57] ciao,

[01:21:58] ciao,

[01:21:58] ciao.

[01:25:01] and more

[01:25:01] importantly,
